I like that I don't have to change anything I have been doing and now all my emails are HIPAA compliant. Such a relief. Plus no pain in the butt wierd log ins to make the messages encrypted. My favorite part about Paubox is how seamless it integrates with email. I don't have to think about marking an email as encrrypted, and clients don't need to take extra steps to view emails and/or attachments. I've also been very impressed with Paubox's customer service. Honestly, I don't know if there is anything that I dislike about Paubox. Some people may think that it costs too much, particulalry because it's an add-on service to an already paid email account, but the convience and service make it worth it. I love that Paubox integrates with my gmail seamlessly and does not require my clients to sign in to access their secure email. It was so easy to set up and customer support was easy to work with. I can rest easy knowing that any time I send or receive an email, Paubox takes care of encrypting the information so I am protected and my clients' information is secure. The only downside would be that Paubox forms do not send PDF versions of the intake forms in its entirety. It misses some questions and is not as printer friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Paubox is secure, and I don't have to send email that requires a security code to open it. I receive secure emails from other clinicians who send passwords with their emails. Having the simplicity of sending emails without passwords and having clients not have to go through the hassle of dealing with a password to open my email is helpful and refreshing. HIPAA compliance security is for outbound mail for the initial service I purchased. Inbound is not included in the base contract. I am able to use the secure link for uploading documents, and provide it to clients, so this helps with receiving information back from clients. I like that if the recipient can't accept encrypted email, Paubox automatically generates a secure link to view the message for them.

The simplicity of the solution. Typically, the happier the security guys are, the more miserable the end-users are. Not in this case. We were able to implement a HIPAA-grade email encryption system for all outgoing emails and have zero training (actually, we called it un-training) for our end-users and no hassle for the users or the person receiving emails from them. All that and 100% of outbound emails are encrypted. I don't have to worry about a user forgetting to encrypt, ensuring all the rules I need to catch potential HIPAA data are written and working.
