They have plenty of storage room for the emails I send securly. I am happy to report that I have had no breaches relative to the very confidential and personal information that I must transmit over the airways. As an attorney, I had the opportunity to be the recipient of many confidential transmissions from third parties who were utilizing other services. In that time, and up until this date, I have be very frustrated with other secure servicers that I have had to use. The frustration ranges from an inability to log on to an inability to attach large files. Just so you know that my issues are not unique to me, I have without solicitation, been told countless times how easy my service with NeoCertified was to use. I also hear from my colleagues about their issues with other service companies. While I have not needed to contact the staff at NeoCertified very often, I can tell you that when I do, I have always received clear and concise help from very cordial individuals. On top of that, it is most affordable. I just do not have any complaints about them and that is why I keep renewing my account with them. **What do you dislike about NeoCertified Secure Email?** The only problem that I have had is with the add-0n feature to my outlook mail turning off from time to time. I am not sure if that is a problem with this program or with Outlook.
