NeoCertified has an outlook plug-in that makes it very easy to use. In addition, they also have a web-based portal I use when I have a file too large to send through the email system. Integration with Microsoft Outlook is easy to set up and use. We can click a Receive NeoCertified and all secure emails are uploaded onto our Outlook platform. If we want to send an email through the secure platform, we compose the email in Outlook and click Send NeoCertified. We know our emails are encrypted and our members information remains protected.

Recipients of Neocertified emails can easily set up a passcode to open secure emails.

I have been using NeoCertified now for about two years. I am happy to report that I have had no breaches relative to the very confidential and personal information that I must transmit over the airways. As an attorney, I had the opportunity to be the recipient of many confidential transmissions from third parties who were utilizing other services. In that time, and up until this date, I have be very frustrated with other secure servicers that I have had to use. The frustration ranges from an inability to log on to an inability to attach large files.

Just so you know that my issues are not unique to me, I have without solicitation, been told countless times how easy my service with NeoCertified was to use. I also hear from my colleagues about their issues with other service companies.

While I have not needed to contact the staff at NeoCertified very often, I can tell you that when I do, I have always received clear and concise help from very cordial individuals. On top of that, it is most affordable.

The only problem that I have had is with the add-0n feature to my outlook mail turning off from time to time. I am not sure if that is a problem with this program or with Outlook. Regardless, it is easy to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
