I believe that the full potential of Paradox is most accessible when using their native products and systems - rather than integrating with an ATS or CRM. While they have an incredibly talented integrations team that supports standard and custom integrations, I believe that companies that make the transformational leap from traditional HR tech to a Paradox-centric experience will reap the most benefit. no color coordination between locations to easily see which interview goes with which office(partial reason more of our office havent been added). We mentioned this on the call but main dislike would be testing not being handled on Paradox's side before sending over to our end.
