I don't love that when the contract expires, I have to create a whole new document. For example, if a family waits too long to sign the agreement, the doc. is no longer accessible to me. Then, I have to start over. Potentially, there is a way to work around this, but if there is, it isn't obvious. Also, there is now a fee attached when I want to send a reminder to a client.
