We've been using PandaDoc literally hourly in our company since 2017, and it has completely transformed the way we handle proposals. Before PandaDoc, we were stuck building proposals in Excel and Word, which was time-consuming and lacked a professional touch. With PandaDoc, we've been able to fully brand our proposals, customize them to our liking, and present a much more polished and professional experience to our clients.

The efficiency boost it has brought to our sales team and company as a whole is measurable. It's streamlined our workflow, saving us valuable time while enhancing the professionalism of our documents. Just recently, a local company reached out while deciding between PandaDoc and Adobe/Docusign. Since we had already sent them proposals through PandaDoc, they wanted to hear about our experience. I could only give positive feedback, and after that conversation, they chose to move forward with PandaDoc.

If I had one piece of feedback, it would be the addition of Dark Mode, which I know many users (myself included) would benefit from daily. PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing. Sometime, PandaDoc offers to input signature fields based on where they think they would go. This can be inaccurate, so I always manually input the fields I want myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Primary mode of operation of my work is online which is hugely powered by the seamless service agreement with crafted rules of engagement and other necessery deliverables crafted using pandadoc in minutes and shared with my program owner enables risk free onboarding of my pentesting projects. I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

EDIT: They have fixed this and it is now very easy to add someone to a document after it has been sent! No qualms any longer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
