While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. What's best is that you can look at the data associated with your proposal templates to see what's working and what's not. At the proposal level you can even see insights down to the page level. Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. Panda Doc is a simple and easy to use programme for sending contracts. Interesting is the use of variable fields to fill in, which makes the process of editing documents and the content library functionality easy.
