It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.

I love how easy the platform is to use, the blocks to insert, similar to building a blog page or website and I appreciate the ease of use. While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. What's best is that you can look at the data associated with your proposal templates to see what's working and what's not. At the proposal level you can even see insights down to the page level. Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be the addition of Dark Mode, which I know many users (myself included) would benefit from daily. PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing.
