Its drag and drop feature is the best feature of its core features and is what I like the most. Its pre-made template helps me a lot while starting any professional work, it is easy to use, and I can implement my other apps with it to make my work easier. I have been using it for the last 1 year, and I am enjoying it, their support doc is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They need to enhance their few formatting feature but apart from that, the over all app is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's super easy to send, create and track your documents. Having one software for all of that is amazing and super helpful. It does not require any skills or anything, works for users who are not tech-savy.The analytics are very helpful aswell, it lets you see when someone opens a document. There's only one thing I really d islike which is that - some of the "advanced" features if you want to call it that - are locked behind higher price tier plans and they are very pricey. The features are not even that good but are useful to have for everyone who can't afford the higher tier plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using PandaDoc for around 2-3 months now and I really appreciate how easy it makes the document generation and modification. The templates are straightforward to use, just select and modify, which has helped me to create professional-looking documents for my company quickly. The integration with other tools is also convenient, making it easy to manage workflows. Also, the tracking and analytics features are also useful, I can see when the client opened and engaged with my documents, which helps me to follow-up and work on feedbacks more effectively. I use the website version, which is implemented well. I use it regularly in my working hours all weekdays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I found frustrating is the learning curve for the advance features. If some customization options in workflow could be more visible then it'll be better. Additionally, the platform sometime feels little slower, while the customer support replies to the mails within 1-2 days which is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Been using it in a professional environment for more than 1 year
The features are simply amazing-
The best part is the templates provided by PandaDoc which reduce a lot of workload for creating every new document from scratch.
Helps to work collaboratively with team members on a single document.
Makes quite easy to sign documents by following all legal rules.
Easily integrable with CRM applications like Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are some areas which need a improvement-
Pricing- Its quite costly for a beginner to manage its own business.
Cloud based service so there is no offline functionality.
Limited Document Editing Functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using it in a professional background ,I have found PandaDoc to be useful in many ways-
Offers premade templates which reduces the time required to write the document from scratch.
It allows to add e-signs very easily which are even legally approving.
Enables collaboration with my team members.
Easily integrable with CRM applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally I feel these are some cases where PandaDoc could work upon-
For a beginner starting out, the Pricing is very high and the free version provides very limited features.
Very less customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.
The tracking and reminders are handy features. Seems to be easy from the signer's side as well, they can choose to upload their own signature, sign it by drawing or select from a varity of fonts as the "signature". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the searching function is difficult to use, I forget where to look to actually find a specific document. That's probably more user-error than anything though :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy the platform is to use, the blocks to insert, similar to building a blog page or website and I appreciate the ease of use. I also enjoy the fact that I can see when a client opens a document or interacts with it. This is essential to my work. Pandadoc was easy to set up and implement into my day-to-day working. I am always receiving emails from their team willing to teach me or assist me, great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is only one flaw I have found with Panda doc, some limitations with editing but you can adjust and work around easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've been using PandaDoc for awhile now (at least 6 months), and we've been using it all wrong! Definitely should have taken the time to onboard using their documentation. We recently added Hubspot to our Sales tools, and the integration with PandaDoc and Hubspot is a game changer! I love that we can sync the 2 platforms to pass information back and forth and create deals seamlessly and effortlessly in Hubspot that automatically update the data in PandaDoc. I also love that we can link our PandaDoc proposals to our deals in the Hubspot CRM. Once you read and implement the documentation, PandaDoc is easy to use and very user-friendly. Some of the documentation is outdated as the platform has been updated over time. That has led to some confusion in our learning and implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being in a company managing a lot of contracts , it requires creating ,sending and managing digital documents in a streamlined way, that's where PandaDoc comes into play
It allows us to give E-Signatures which makes to more easy to verify the credentials at both ends , it is also legally binding and compliant with major e-sign laws.
It provides different unique templates to automate the process of documenting without having to write everything from scratch, saving time and errors.
Helps to collaborate with team members in real time.
Easily integrable with other CRM applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some things which limit us from exploring everything-
Starting off with a small business, the free plan comes with very limited features, so you definitely have to buy it.
There is no way to organize your own templates , if you're having a lot of templates then it is going to be a hard way to find a particular template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I run a small cleaning company, and PandaDoc has been a game-changer for how I handle client agreements and payments. It’s simple, reliable, and does exactly what I need without being overly complicated. The ability to send out documents effortlessly and keep track of them in real-time has been such a time-saver. I love that I can see when a document has been opened, how many times it’s been viewed, and when it’s been signed. Knowing exactly where everything stands gives me peace of mind and makes my workflow so much smoother.
One feature I appreciate a lot is the stripe integration. Having payments built right into the document is incredibly convenient. My clients can handle everything in one place, which means less back-and-forth and more time saved for both of us.
I’ve tried several e-sign platforms, and PandaDoc is hands-down the best. It’s affordable and packed with useful features that make my job easier. For instance, I can create custom products and quickly add them to a table when preparing estimates for clients. This small feature has been a huge help in making my proposals look professional and polished.
Overall, PandaDoc is easy to use, reliable, and well worth the investment. If you’re looking for a tool that simplifies contracts, payments, and document management, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s made running my small business so much easier, and I use it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I really appreciate PandaDoc’s automatic field recognition, it drives me crazy when it doesn’t work properly. If the platform doesn’t recognize a field, I have to adjust it manually every time I add something to the document, because the fields don’t move automatically. This can get frustrating, especially since it’s such a small but recurring issue. For auto-recognized fields, everything works perfectly, but when it doesn’t, it’s a bit of a hassle. Maybe I haven’t figured out the best way to handle this yet, but it’s one thing that bugs me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Taking signature on doc was very tedious task for us. Clients had to take print and then scan then we clients used to send, but PandaDoc made our task very easy. Clients can sign and send it easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to complain about it Pandadoc made out problem so easy. We are using on daily basis to take signs on invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
