What do you like best about PageProof?

What do you like best about PageProof?

I love the adjustable approval processes in Pageproof. We do not have a copywriter so it's helpful to get multiple eyes on the process in different stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that we could pay as needed to have someone proof large documents in AP style. That would be so helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps at all stages of the creative process, from concepts to more in the weeds proofing needs. We don't have a dedicated proofreader so this helps. The integration with Monday is insanely useful and helps us get so much done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageProof?

The customer service has been second-to-none. When I have a question, Live Chat is accessible and responds quickly. We're still in the setup process and have lots to learn. PageProof has done a wonderful job of getting us ready as we ramp up. The interface and useability is light years ahead of our current platform. The team is excited! What do you dislike about PageProof?

I don't have any dislikes right now about PageProof. I was worried about the time difference between us (USA) and them (New Zealand?). This has NOT been an issue at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageProof?

What do you like best about PageProof?

Its user-friendly design and easy accessibility. We use PageProof every day to approve newsletters to our students and faculty/staff. People can make quick comments and proof things on the go. Our approval process has sped up significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it will "discard" a draft I am making and I can't get add a new document/email/image to my proof without restarting the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PageProof?

Integration with Monday.com has allowed us to link up with our existing workflow and reflect live status of jobs very easily. The special features (such as importing comments from PDF and Smartcompare) have been great.

What do you like best about PageProof?

I had a LONG lists of needs when it comes to proofing software for my small agency, and Page Proof is the only one that fit the bill. I love that the software is so intuitive for clients and myself to use, and they have an increadable support team that is quick, responsive and very friendly and kind. I was able to set up Page Proof for my business in a very short amount of time and quickly move to a VERY streamlined reviwing process with clients. I LOVE seeing APPROVED emails come into my inbox, and I even am back to loving to make changes to assets as the are clear and easy to undestand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

That I didn't commit sooner. I spent about 2 months of trialing software before deciding on Page Proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

I struggled with managing timley page edits and change requests. Before change requests would DRAG on coming in (solved with a deadline), and would be very hard to follow (change this photo - to the one with me looking at the camera) Now: I know exactly what photo needs to be swapped and with what photo, etc.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

As a review tool it is great! As a PDF viewer it is not the best so I find myself doing my initial review in Bluebeam and making comments in Page Proof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Page Proof we have way more insight to our Review Process, less headache for our Design Engineers who are having their drawings reviewed. As the Admin of our FOR REVIEW process, I am now able to capture all the mark ups and make sure the To-Do list is checked off. Before this platform we were using email threads to communicate and review, this was very stressful and chaotic and not all feedback requests were getting updated.
