I like that comments can be added to a proof and a clean and easy way to follow. No more messy printed proofs with unreadable chicken-scratch! I also like that you can go back and review old proofs, making way for an excellent "paper trail". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PageProof doesn't handle Microsoft Word documents very well. It treats them like a pdf, so you can still leave comments within PageProof, but you can't suggest edits directly on the document. Office 365 solves this problem, but we used Word documents extensively for copy reviews because of how efficiently we could leave and accept feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PageProof is very easy to understand and use between our CSR's and customers. The templates allow regular customers with multiple reviewers to be quickly proofed. We use PageProof everyday and our customers love how easy it is to comment and make corrections as a group. The Customer Support is amazing, very fast reply to any questions and always available for training when needed. Being web based, there is no setup on our computers and is cross platform. While PageProof allows users to control access to proofs and set permissions for collaborators, the customization options for access control and permissionscould be better.
