Page Proof has been a great tool to use with my senior management team to help them review the tasks they have asked me to complete. It gives me more time to complete tasks and less time going back and forth between the team getting everyone's input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had any issues so far with the use of Page Proof Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to collect proofs in a group to easily manage all of the assets for a single project. As well as this, the team leading the development of this product is incredibly fast to respond and has provided me with great solutions to my niche problems. We utilise this tool across the national marketing for multiple movie studios, and they are all very happy with the way that their projects are handled through PageProof. We utilise artboards quite often in Photoshop, and as good as their built-in addons are, the artboards specifically can have issues. This is also an issue with the export feature with Photoshop itself, so I'm not overly surprised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the simple interface and the ability to save approval workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a glitch with our links when we reviewed an email blast template (we use Campaign Monitor) but it was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple, clean interface which links seemlessly with Adobe and Dropbox Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Additional cost per month for briefing add-on. If this was part of the main package it would help smaller agencies to manage incoming work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to compare the new version with the prior version when reviewing proofs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some minor organizational features, but PageProof beats collecting creative feedback via email or slack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having worked in publishing for 30 years, this job is the first time I've used PageProof (I previously made amends directly in InDesign) – the system is user-friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate, plus there's much less chance of errors creeping into the text. Nothing – in fact, I prefer using this platform to InDesign to make text changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been looking for a proofing platform for our small team of creatives within the care sector. After looking into a few online, I have found PageProof to fit our needs of the business. It's overall a great platform and pretty easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike. However, the only small thing I have found is the approval process. You have to create a process for approval instead of just having one email address for someone to approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that PageProof enables diverse groups of stakeholders to review a single version of a document, email, video, or webpage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I've been using PageProof for a long time, I've found that new users find the interface confusing or intimidating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
