PageProof allows for a fast turnaround of our event collateral in collaboration with our stakeholders and sponsors.
We get a 360 degree view of all our creative at any time – it’s simple to see how much workload of changes is going to come back into the team because everything is live. I read tons of reviews in G2 when I research looking for a new SAAS for our digital marketing agency. Some of them are written after the first days of using the software, others after months of using it.
Let me tell you how PageProof has changed our business processes just in the first 10 days.
With a consolidated stack of SAAS we're used to learn new software and try to adapt to their ways of doing things. But the case of PageProof is unique! We've completely redesigned our workflows to review and approval the assets and deliverables of our agency based on the model behind PageProof. And this is not an easy task!
So I'm not going to say that what I like best is the simplicity of the app, or the elegance of the user interface, which are great things indeed, but the constant support from day one from PageProof team. And I'm not saying just the support team, because both owners Gemma and Marcus have been with us from first day to help us not just to understand the software but to understand a different way to manage our agency.

PageProof is a fantastically focused service. While other software-as-a-service products tend to experience scope creep over time, PageProof has remained a user-centric proofing tool covering essentially every file format you could reasonably need, all wrapped in an interface that is simple yet powerful. PageProof's online proofing system is easy to use and has simplified and streamlined how we manage projects. The review and approval of creative assets has improved our project management without sacrificing accuracy and quality control with our clients. As we manage multiple publications and hundreds of clients and their associated creative materials, this is a vital tool for us. Can't name a best feature because there are so many great features. Quick proofing to external clients, easily accessible via desktop or phone. The best support team!! The number of formats you can proof with this glorious product - email campaigns, videos, live and unpublished websites – had me at hello. But the real magic is that their interface is so elegant, their training videos so simple, I was able to finally able to convert colleagues who've been hesitant to proof anything without an actual red pen in hand. This is now my third company where I will be using PageProof. When I arrived a O.U.R. we were using one platform for print approvals, another for email approvals, and yet another for video approvals. I suggested that we switch to PageProof. It allows us to use one platform for all of marketing. We can set up workflows for different projects, plus you can log in and see what proofs you need to approve. You can check the status of a proof and nudge people to look at it. It takes some training to use it. Not much but some. I have had the final approver approve a project before everyone else gets a chance to see it. Once approved no one else can make in comments.
