The customer service. The chatbox feature, the abundance of brief and clear articles with instructions, ease of booking appointments, and responsiveness to feedback (ex: Uploading approved proofs to subitems instead of items, and HTML Proofing demo) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI and icons are unfamiliar to the US users and too many menus when i'd rather 1 panel that'll reveal all the info I need. Bulk actions UI in dashboard needs to be more streamlined to be checkbox based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that I can get feedback and respond to each one quickly and check them off so I know what has been completed and what is still to be done. Being able to proof webpages, audio files, video, and other digital media is great. All of our agency's needs regarding reviewing and amendments to work can be done in one place. Being able to add attachments to the comments giving greater visual information on which to base our amendments has been a blessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much that I dislike about the software but if I had to choose something, it would be time stamps of specific changes provided by the client and timestamps showing when those changes were checked off. This would be helpful especially when dealing with numerous changes on numerous proofs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PageProof makes it so easy to share and receive feedback. It's so helpful to not have your email cluttered back and forth with changes. It's usually very intuitive and easy to onboard new reviewers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is brilliant, they offer huge amounts of training along with a excellent youtube channel with lots of useful videos to help you figure out how this can work for your company set up.
