What do you like best about OutboundEngine?

Having to find content to send out to my email list and facebook account was taking up too much time. I am beyond thrilled that I don't have to think about this and I can focus on finding clients.

The customer service is insane. My email goes out with a question and within seconds I get a response....CRAZY Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OutboundEngine?
