What stands out about Hightail is the manageability of this software because of its simple interface design. It is really easy to manage each function of this program. The appearance of the interface is not pleasant. I would say it's boring. Customer service is not quick in their responses. Sometimes we need immediacy and unfortunately when we have contacted the technical support friends they have responded to us several days later. We love the mobility that is achieved with its drag and drop tool. The work becomes more collaborative, and the access controls to each information cycle are better handled. With hightail we could not get an adequate deployment from mobile devices. It is as if the platform is not well optimized to offer the same control in an Android operating system as in that of a desktop computer. What I like about Hightail is that it allows me to send large files without major problem. It provides a lot of security because it has a very good encryption system. There really are not many bad things I can say about Hightail. I would ask that the technical support service be more diligent when answering any question or request. Hightail is a tool that is being used across all department of our institution. We are using this software for large file transfer capability especially those dealing with graphics.

I think that a disadvantage not only of Hightail but of any service of storage and transfer of files in the cloud is that unlike physical storage we must know very well which are the files that are useful for us at the moment and which are not, because the space is limited.
