As expected, the tool has allowed us to form large, global workgroups and more negligible, specialized subgroups. In terms of aesthetics and organization, the interface is impressive. We manage all types of invoices and send them immediately to other organizations. We are delighted to have mastered coordinating secure and efficient warehousing across operations. **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** Since using it, I have found that there are functions that are unused and go unused, and I wish the program could be much better automated on some things that are used daily. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Hightail, I have come to appreciate the potential of teamwork in even the most essential aspects of business operations, such as marketing, sales, web development, etc. There is no doubt that Hightail is an excellent tool for encouraging individual initiative within the company. This program has dramatically helped us because it has provided intriguing functionality in each systematic cooperation recommendation. Usually the files which are too large for email can send through hightail. While using this software my major fear was about the security. But they're providing a strong security for the consumers. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Hightail:** It's an very secure area for sharing important files and it's very easy to use. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** In email we have a limitations for sending huge files. But in hightail the size of the file doesn't matter. So it helps me to send encrypted files. Suggesting to everyone else. ### 3. Limited number of member accounts also makes it a bit difficult for many people to login at the same time. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Hightail:** Easy to use, easy to share with others. Great for large file sharing & even offline access for people now working in remote settings. I like to do this with little to no overhead. Hightail allows me to store and transfer large video and audio files for a very small monthly fees. I use it to allow clients to send large files to me and I also use it to schedule out files to transcriptionists. I love the spaces feature. This allows me to keep everything organized and comes in handy for invoicing. **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** There really isn't anything I dislike. For a while, the phone app (on Android) didn't seem to be working well and that was a real bummer, but I have since then been able to get it to work, so I really have no complaints. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned above, when I couldn't get it to work on my smartphone, that was a mild problem, but usually I use my laptop for most of my file storage and scheduling, so it wasn't a huge deal. I think just having the ability to send and store large audio and video files is the biggest plus here. ### 7. Very user-friendly and reliable! **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** I cannot think of one thing i dislike about hightail. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Hightail:** It would be difficult to use another provider as reliable as Hightail has been for transferring or receiving files to and from customers. I use the express model, and if I need to see more info on sent items, I can go online and dig a bit deeper. **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** I wish the express version had better tracking info, but it's far from a deal-breaker. The product is great for my needs. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Hightail:** Great for sending large files/folders, with the ability to see if/when recipient got them. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been sending a lot of items via CD/DVD to clients for 15+ years, now we are sending a lot of them via this method. This option gets them in their hands faster, in a format that can't be 'lost' and can be replaced instantly, with no additional shipping costs. It also gives them instant digital archive, rather than downloading from a CD, then inevitably losing the CD. The ease of use is helping clients become more open to receiving their files in this method. ### 9. Also the download and upload speed is great and free version let you to upload till 20GB, work on most browsders that i have work on, and also doesnt fall the Upload/Downloads. As another atribute, you could use spaces, for don't mix the work with multple clients. **What do you dislike about OpenText Hightail?** I would love to get more storage depending on my needs, also a desktop app would be awesome, better UI interface i think is a cretrial work for some users, we love to migrate from WE to Hiughtails but some clients doenst look the interface too frfiendly. Like Drag and drop. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Hightail:** It's a great WeTransfer alternative, at better price tag, and a lot better than Dropobox. Transfer. It's perfect for low budged companys also as hight end users that really need a solution for organization on multiple spaces for work. **What problems is OpenText Hightail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually use hightail for my delivery to clients. ### 10.
