Hightail is idiot-proof which is ideal for a non-tech person like myself. Our admin sends me a link, I click it, the website lists all the files she has sent and with a single click I can choose to download everything. It couldn't be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can easily and efficiently send large video, photo, and design files to anyone that I need to. Usability is very easy, it's clear where you are supposed to go because the design is simple and it is not overly complicated to use. After sending files you also receive a quick link others can click on to download the files. I like to send this along just incase the Hightail email gets stuck for any reason.
