Hightail is a tool that is being used across all department of our institution. We are using this software for large file transfer capability especially those dealing with graphics.
One thing I like about this tool is he did the scale of security options. This software has a wide array of security option which is tailored in making sure that your data is well protected. These security options include file protective password that is shared to the intended recipient. This passwords act as a gateway to access the file, you must insert them to download the file. It has also links which are set that they expire within a given time and they cannot be forwarded or used by another person. Another security option is user identity verification that helps in making sure that only the intended recipient access the file. All this security technology are used to make sure that your data is protected.
I like that this tool help.us to share large files. The tool has a file comprising option that comprises this files to zip folders making it easy for the sender to easily and quickly upload the files. The receiver is also able to easily download the files. With this tool, I need not worry that the recipient will take a long time to get the document. The software makes access to the document simple and quicker.
It has a super easy to use it.This tool has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to interact with it.
I love that with this tool we are able to track the emails.with it you are able to see when the file was received and when it was downloaded.

The files link usually expire within a very short period of time. It would be better if these link took a longer period before expiration.

As someone always looking for new forms of collaboration software, I was delighted to find Hightail. As expected, the tool has allowed us to form large, global workgroups and more negligible, specialized subgroups. In terms of aesthetics and organization, the interface is impressive. We manage all types of invoices and send them immediately to other organizations. We are delighted to have mastered coordinating secure and efficient warehousing across operations. I've been running a transcription business since 2006. I like to do this with little to no overhead. Hightail allows me to store and transfer large video and audio files for a very small monthly fees. I use it to allow clients to send large files to me and I also use it to schedule out files to transcriptionists. I love the spaces feature. Easy use, on paid plan you can work as team on a price so little, it's the best for work on big teams. Also the download and upload speed is great and free version let you to upload till 20GB, work on most browsders that i have work on, and also doesnt fall the Upload/Downloads.

I would love to get more storage depending on my needs, also a desktop app would be awesome, better UI interface i think is a cretrial work for some users, we love to migrate from WE to Hiughtails but some clients doenst look the interface too frfiendly.
