I can send my money to my Payoneer account immediately and send money in another currency to other countries, it helped me a lot in 2 occasions with, because the % to send money through my colombian bank is the 19% over the amount to send, so, it is so expensive!!!! I would love to have an option to get my account movements, sometimes I need to prove my monthly job payment and expenses and if so frustrating do not have this option. The second thing, it will be nice to know which name is going to use Ontop for a transaction, because if you send money directly to a bank account, the transaction is not sent with your personal name but with that of a supplier and is a little bit messy try to confirm with the other part if the transaction was sucessfully completed. I really like its practicality when moving your money to both own accounts and third-party accounts, it makes it very easy for me that it has partnerships with crypto platforms and that transfers arrive almost instantly. Sometimes, it hasn't been easy to manage aspects like activating your dynamic token or the like. It took a couple of attempts at contacting customer service and getting my ID verified took forever. I had a problem to receive money back from an account that refused a transfer that I made from ontop. Since we do not have a bank account in our name on top, it's delaying to much to solve. But the support team is always kind and answers quickly. So my feedback is to establish a quick solution for situations like mine that I think it could happen often. 1—The reporting options are so limited that you cannot create a good report of your transactions. You should be able to create a report by month, showing the money moved with the amount and exchange rate, but they only send you a document with all the info mixed in a PDF, which is not very useful.

2—There have been bugs and problems with money disappearing from the card. The last time, the issues took 2 months, and nobody did anything until we mentioned taking legal action. Since everything is resolved, nothing bad has happened.

I've used many of the options OnTop has to offer to transfer/spend your salary (Payoneer, wire transfer, Binance, OnTop card).
