What do you like best about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The most helpful part about using this app is that you can enable location services so that people can only clock in if they’re in a certain geographical area. The app is also really useful because you can punch in or punch out, submit your time card, and view your entire pay period. I love its versatility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

Although I do like the ability to limit the geographical area, it does leave room for difficulties in clocking in and clocking out. For instance, you usually have to be connected to a certain Wi-Fi network and if that Wi-Fi network is not working properly, then you are able to clock in or clock out. Not being able to clock in or clock out on time it’s frustrating for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The app makes it super easy to clock in and out, manage multiple clients, rates, and services. Plus you can easily adjust the hours and add hours later if anyone forgets to clock in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The only improvement I would suggest is faster loading time. Some times the app glitches and either won't load some screens, so you have to back out and reenter the page, OR the time slots glitch and reset to midnight when you're attempting to add hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

It provides many different ways of keeping track of employees.

Its user friendly for our employees, and does not required a highly skills in computer.

It provides accurate information at the time of keeping control of overtime, vacation hours, sick and personal tme.

It will let you know who is in, and out at any time of the day.

It also let you see where they are punching in, and what computer they did it

Its not expensive, and it will let you add the company Logo in the employee "punch in" website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far whe have not been able to find something to dislike from On The clock...

It will let us have a good sight of any type of trends on employees getting in late, absenteeism. This way we can spot them and have a talk to them.

What i like best is the fact that i can see exactly how many hours i worked and how many hours i still need to do so that i can complete my 40 hours.

The one downside i can think of about on the clock is that its all electronic and if something happens with any electronic connection then we can sign in or sign out. we have to put everything on paper.
