What do you like best about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The tracking allows for time off, sick leave. It is very user friendly and I am able to go back and correct or adjust things as needed. The messaging attached to clock in's or out's is very nice when needing to make corrections as it is on their timesheet from the administrator veiw. This makes corrections very easy. What do you dislike about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The GPS tracking is not very accurate. I would like to be able to run a report for an employee that shows more than one pay period and the approvals for each. An automatic reminder for staff to approve their timesheet at the end of a pay period would be nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is excellent with OTC. I appreciate the interface for myself as an admin and my employees. The PTO section is my favorite - it's so easy to use and approve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnTheClock Employee Time Clock?

The only thing I would say for improvements would be the dashboard. Sometimes it is hard to navigate as an admin. Having more descriptors and maybe bucketing more into the buttons would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
