I've had OnTheClock crash on me numerous times when trying to clock-in or clock-out whether it be at the office, at a job site, or even in the comfort of my own home. When there is this much down time during peak hours, and having seen it happen under various different network connections, it is clear that the service doesn't use an appropriate amount of servers or bandwidth to handle everyone using it at once. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend not only because it fails regularly, but also because I'd fear what more users would do to the already unstable connection. I was new to On The Clock and hesitant about tracking my hours, but the process turned out to be incredibly easy. The platform is user-friendly, and I love that there's both a website and an app for convenience. Clocking in and out has never been simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes like 2 seconds to clock in and clock out, and the auto clock out is useful as well. The app is simple to use every day. 99% of the time, I don't need any information, I just want to push a button, and the app was built for that ease of functionality. This is 100% a great app/website. It allows for PTO/Holiday etc time to be out in. It can figure OT as well. And at the end of your pay week it can send it straight to several payroll softwares. We use it with QuickBooks and it is wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
