Our Procurement teams use Onspring frequently and in real time. There is a good level of customer support with prompt responses and felxibility. Implemetation of enhancements has been easy and the Onspring team tend to think outside of the box to meet your needs offering multiple solutions for business suggested improvements. There are a few bugs in recalculating forecasted and/or delivered savings when adusting input dates. It is important to us to have these fixed for a smoother user experience. It would also be highly benifical if Onspring could link to other systems such as Ariba as this is currently the biggest downside to Onspring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
