I liked that it is aesthetically pleasing and easy to use and has features that I really need, such as viewing timesheets for all assigned employees, eliminating a lot of administrative work, and is fairly intuitive and easy to use. The most helpful aspect has been the people, particularly our Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Our CSM has been a dedicated partner since 2018 and is truly an extension of our team. His expertise in SEC and Edgar requirements and filings, combined with his deep understanding of our company's processes and business, has been invaluable. The guidance and advice he provides consistently enhance the quality of our filings. We also have a really positive rapport with, and appreciation for, our Sales Director, whose support we greatly appreciate.

I would like to see Workiva's certification module more built out in the future. I believe there is a lot of opportunity to enhance its functionality and overall user experience.

In my role as a Director of Financial Reporting using the SEC reporting function, I use Workiva on a daily basis. I have found that the platform is very intuitive for a first time user like myself. The platorm features mirror that of standard Microsoft office products, so implementation of desired outcomes is easy. I have not found many downsides. As I am new to my role I have found that while the platform is intuitive, there are SO MANY things it can do and so many taskbars on the sides of the SEC platform when in a document that I don't always know what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workiva has a very intuitive financial reporting platform. I can easily make formatting changes and ensure my document is SEC compliant. Workiva also allows me to integrate data from various sources, automating data linking across reports, and improving accuracy.

Workiva also allows multiple users to work simultaneously on documents, ensuring real-time updates and reducing version control issues. I can easily track my work through easy to generate redlines.

Workiva can be a bit harder to use when formatting with images or insertion of objects, such as graphs. In general, customization options can feel limited at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workiva is life-changing in being able to create automations, set up tasks to review parts of documents, and facilitate reviews all within the document preparation, and every functionality is easy to use. Customer support is always willing to help when we have issues. My team is within Workiva daily to do all kinds of accounting workpapers, not just limited to 10-Q and 10-K preparation. I have liked it since it was implemented, especially for its ease of use and the control panels to manage auditors and reports. I also like the minimal training to teach how to use it. I like best about workiva the options its gives me to save and export the filings as "Word" and "PDF", and more with having comments and attachment label in them for Audit purposes,

I had some XBRL tagging and view issues with my document and customer support was great navigating me through out the solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If i open workiva in two browsers or new window, sometimes it freezes and not load any more, I had to delete cookies and browing data in order to log back in, but if im working on one window i don't have that issue at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the project management methodology and it is excellent for its flexibility and I can also fell that the leadership is putting the effort to make everything fit well where employees want to invest their time and grow.
