What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?

The ease of sending a message using the online tool. The customer support and ease of connecting with them when there have been issues. The Marketing Team has also been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?

The Reporting feature needs to be upgraded and enhanced. Especially when running an All Contacts Report. The new name of the company, "OnSolve" is not very descriptive of an emergency notification system - the Send Word Now name is more catchy and describes what the company's products do. OnSolve MIR3 is our corporate emergency notification system. It is used to quickly communicate when we have an emergency or a high level incident. What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?

I was handed the administration of our MIR3 instance with no experience, and I found the interface to be easy to follow and work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I want the ability to build a favorites menu to access the things I use most often right at the top of the menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?

MIR3 allows for fast notification of key stakeholders in easy to navigate menus and contact lists. A must have for enterprise continuity and mass alerting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It may just be the network settings of my organization, but saved username and password or the ability to access keychain information for faster login would be great. Often the notifications we need to make are time sensitive and time spent logging in is time away from objective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enterprise continuity and mass notification of campus employees. Typically when there is a system outage or environmental situation which may impact corporate services, key players can be notified by text, email, phone call, or all of the above. Groups are established so only those who need to receive notification are alerted and can respond promptly. It seems a bit cumbersome to get to the place to send out messages. It should be right in the front and set up once you log in. Once your groups are in then it is easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?

What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?

We had troubles with getting the desktop messaging to work. We use it for phone/text/email but we couldn't get it configured with our security network and PC set up for some reason. We had to abort that implementation and not use that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of communication in case of an emergency is the main purpose. We just rolled this out to managers to use on their mobile phone and some are using it for more informal purposes (ie: "pizza party tomorrow, don't bring your lunch!") so they can connect with their team.
