**What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?**

Configuring Alert SMS and email notifications for incident tickets in ServiceNow has helped our team stay updated in a timely manner. The platform offers useful features such as notification groups, reporting, and scheduling, which make it easier to manage alerts and ensure everyone receives the necessary information when needed to the target sudience.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

The documentation and guidance could use improvement, as they are currently lacking in clarity. Additionally, having a dashboard that allows users to navigate between different scheduler zones and organize them by group name would be very helpful.

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

onSolve's MIR3 platform helps by sending alerts via SMS, call, or email whenever we receive P4 or P8 incident tickets. In the backend, it allows for the configuration of groups, schedulers, and usernames. However, it would benefit from a more organized and user-friendly dashboard.

What I like best about the OnSolve platform is its ability to deliver real-time, customizable alerts during critical events, ensuring rapid response.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

One drawback of the OnSolve platform is its complexity, especially when navigating some advanced features.

OnSolve is solving the problem of delayed communication during critical events by providing real-time alerts and automated notifications.

**What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?**

We've been using OnSolve's Send Word Now for over 10 years and pleased with it's stability, reliability, and interface.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

OnSolve has done many acquisitions with complimenary and/or competing systems. It may have been too much to chew on at the same time. But I have confidence their combined features will produce an exemplary solution.

The ability to send one message to many modalities.

**What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?**

The ease of sending a message using the online tool. The customer support and ease of connecting with them when there have been issues. The Marketing Team has also been great.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

The Reporting feature needs to be upgraded and enhanced. Especially when running an All Contacts Report. The new name of the company, "OnSolve" is not very descriptive of an emergency notification system - the Send Word Now name is more catchy and describes what the company's products do. The "OnSolve" name is vague.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSolve Platform:**

Check out the Map Location function - it's great!

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant communication with our employees and customers. The mapping feature has been invaluable for us espeically when we need to determine where our employees are located in relation to an incident.

OnSolve MIR3 is user friendly and easy to maintain.  Managing users and notifications in the system is straightforward.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

The mobile application is basic and lacks some key features such as listing of users.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSolve Platform:**

Gain an understanding of their future roadmap and how their other products impact the future of MIR3.

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnSolve MIR3 is our corporate emergency notification system.  It is used to quickly communicate when we have an emergency or a high level incident. Our project management office also uses MIR3 on implementation weekends to notify team members of key milestones.

**What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?**

I was handed the administration of our MIR3 instance with no experience, and I found the interface to be easy to follow and work with.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

I want the ability to build a favorites menu to access the things I use most often right at the top of the menu.

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It meets all of our emergency and crisis communications needs, and we have built policies that incorporate MIR3 specific menus.  The map groups and the ability to scrub those groups for accuracy before sending are outstanding.

Multiple available templates ease the process of creating timely critical communications.  I also like the reporting features.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

I experience some issues with accuracy when using the Self Update feature.

Ensure that you review all available reference materials.  There are tons of features available during different scenarios.

We're able to send timely updates to all firm users regarding our COVID response and firm closures, when applicable.

**What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?**

MIR3 allows for fast notification of key stakeholders in easy to navigate menus and contact lists. A must have for enterprise continuity and mass alerting. 

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

It may just be the network settings of my organization, but saved username and password or the ability to access keychain information for faster login would be great. Often the notifications we need to make are time sensitive and time spent logging in is time away from objective. 

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise continuity and mass notification of campus employees. Typically when there is a system outage or environmental situation which may impact corporate services, key players can be notified by text, email, phone call, or all of the above. Groups are established so only those who need to receive notification are alerted and can respond promptly. This ensures services are always running and even large scale emergencies have a smaller impact on the company’s bottom line.

It is a simple interface and easy to send group texts. The reports are great to see usage and easy to follow up with. 

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

It seems a bit cumbersome to get to the place to send out messages. It should be right in the front and set up once you log in. Once your groups are in then it is easier.

**Recommendations to others considering OnSolve Platform:**

Getting it set up with all the groups and numbers is the longest issue. After that have many mangers to maintain and use the system or it will fall by the wayside. It has many applications but being underutilized is its worth enemy.

emergency communication to staff and being able to send out time sensitive updates to large groups across the country.

**What do you like best about OnSolve Platform?**

Administration is a breeze with maintaining employee data.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

We had troubles with getting the desktop messaging to work.  We use it for phone/text/email but we couldn't get it configured with our security network and PC set up for some reason.  We had to abort that implementation and not use that feature.

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of communication in case of an emergency is the main purpose.  We just rolled this out to managers to use on their mobile phone and some are using it for more informal purposes (ie: "pizza party tomorrow, don't bring your lunch!") so they can connect with their team.

I used this to keep me up to date on fires in Butte county. I feel like it did its job only half the time.  It did not correlate to news on at least 2 occasions.

It was not up tp date 2 out of 3 times I used it.

Possibly road closure notifications

make contacting a large amount of staff quickly at multiple different phone numbers, text and/or email address all at one time.  You are able to setup different call list or setup scenarios to alert the appropriate staff or customers.

**What do you dislike about OnSolve Platform?**

it can be hard to modify or update information on call lists or scenarios.

explore all of the options that are available, maximize your dollar by utilizing all the product has to offer.

**What problems is OnSolve Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to contact many different levels of staff, depending on the situation, whether it is sick call or an internal disaster. you can contact customers to indicate if your business is unexpectedly closed.
