Time & Attendance Pros and Cons

As a frontline worker with Social Policy and having to be transparent about my working pattern, I find using the TMS software the easiest option. I have not needed to contact customer support as I have had no issues.

The page is easy to access, clear and straight forward to navigate and implementation effective.

It enables you to keep track of your shift patterns, flexi time and breaks. This is important as I use the page frequently and daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful aspect is that working out in the community, I need to be at my lapyop to use the software.

Being able to clock in and out for breaks on my phone would be extremly useful and would cut down the workload for my manager having to authorise additions and changes to my clock card.

I suggest the TMS being integrated into our work mobile phones.

This is an uncomplicated platform that allows you to book your holidays and work remotely on certain days or times and effortlessly captions the hours on the clock in hours you would log into the office. However, the overall design of the platform can still be improved as an in-depth review and refinement of both the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) could be helpful. Time & Attendance is a straightforward and extremely useful software that allows the user to clock in and begin their work day with the click of a button. Designed for daily use, the user friendly and responsive UI means that anyone can make use of the software. Available via a shortcut link on the user's desktop, the software can be integrated seamlessly into any computer system. This availability makes the software easily implemented into any workload. It could be argued that the Time & Attendance interface could do with an update. Although the UI is fairly simple and user friendly, some streamlining could be done to update the interface with modern software. I like the range of different features the system offers. Being able to view my timesheet for the week, access to my absence profile and ability to apply for my annual leave in one place makes for easy experience. This isn't really something I dislike but more something I wish the system had. It would be good to have a tracker so I could work out my hours for the week and what I need to work if I work time up in order to balance everything out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The intuitive design makes it easy for everyone in our organization to use, from employees clocking in and out to administrators managing schedules. The automatic calculation of hours worked, vacation time, holidays, sick days, and overtime has significantly reduced manual errors and saved us a lot of time. Sometimes, navigating certain features can be a bit tricky, especially when performing less common tasks. Additionally, there have been a few instances where system updates caused brief downtimes, which can be inconvenient. I like the fact that everything is in one place, from employee details to clocking data, hours worked, holiday/sickness, training expired etc. From a user perspective and a supervisor perspective, it allows user restrictions and highlights anomalies. No special software is needed as everything runs within a web interface meaning any internet-accessible device can access TMS and email notifications about requests when made by employees to their supervisor. I use TMS daily to remind me when I clocked in and therefore when I can clock out. I have had no reason to contact customer support. I am not involved with the implementation/deployment. The Time and Attendance system is incredibly easy to use and makes clocking in and out effortless. I appreciate the transparency in tracking my work hours, breaks, and overtime, which ensures accurate payroll prcessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside of the time & attendance is that it sometimes takes longer to load, especially during peak hours. there are occainal glitces where the system doesn't register clock-ins or outs properly, requiring manual corrections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When booking a custom absence it would be nice if the hours field had a dropdown to select.
