The ease with which I can type responses into usefully locateed boxes. The ease with which I can edit typed material. The flexiblity of settinglonger term targets and shorter term tasks. The ability to give feedback across the institution. The generally simple presentation on screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not always intuitive and it can be difficult to locate archived material or to reproduce (clone) targets over consecutive years. Archvied material is not always stored in a recognisable order. It is not simple to clone archived targets. The procedure for quarterly check-ins is not intuitive. Although, now that I know how to access data across the member of staff's perfomance, feedback, and targets within a review, it makes for a very rapid and complete assessment of performance - with a site for recording discussions around this. Helps me deliver a structured and actions orientated review process with my direct reports.
We can share notes and action updates and when there is a line management transfer there is a history that goes with employees.

I would like to be able to add common performance objectives to me team and their teams as it is a little unwieldy adding in the objectives and when they are common in an organsiation or an organisational sub-group having potentially a 100 people add in the same thing when it could be cascaded down would be much more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting targets and the reminders to mark a completed. It's very user friendly for me and the team to view the same documents that have been uploaded during past coversations. This makes performance development and team switching easier as performance records can be easily switched to a new manager. It's great that I can upload everything that I need in one place instead of holding files and folder on a singular laptop, but also can format to print from the locker too.
I also enjoy how I can see feedback left by other employees for other employees. It's nice to see colleagues showing eachother some love! as this is rolled out across the business, I have been able to search for colleagues that I don't work with directly, nor have had any face to face coverstions with and leave them feedback when they have helped me or when I received great feedback from my friends and family on a flight they have taken, I can leave the crew that excellent feedback on the locker. This resource is easy to navigate and makes it easy to see everything relating to performance in 1 place. This platform has really helped me to centralise my performance reviews, it gives my team a place to track, in real time how they are performing month on month , since i have started to you use this sytem i feel like i have a more organised ady to day, which for me is invaluable. I like that its easy and inntuitive to use, and it makes tracking my progress easy. It means that coming into a meeting with my manager I can back my progress up with examples I have put in throughout the quarter. Performance and Talent is a fantastic system. It’s a one stop shop for helping yourself and your team (if you manage one) to grow and develop personally and professionally. I love that I can support my team to set objectives and keep track of these. There are different meeting types you can schedule with your team members which is great such as wellbeing check ins and regular catchups.
I have to say, my favourite feature is the feedback section where I can give and receive feedback from colleagues. This really helps me, and my team gain more motivation.

I believe it would be useful to have a dedicated space for keeping notes in relation to specific meetings and dates aligned to that meeting. A shared notes section visible to managers and employees would be fab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to navigate and link different team members. The admin reports I can run are useful. The opportunity for all staff to provide feedback to each other is great.
The emails sent to staff to remind them of weekly tasks is good. It has also been easy to set up from an admin perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be useful for annual targets to be archived once they are reviewed as there can be a lot of information left on one page and this can be timely for staff to manually do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Performance and talent has an individual box for each type of feedback (positive feedback, things to improve, etc).
Almost every tab on the webpage is easy to understand and useful to have clarity about how performance reviews work.
I like that you have periodic reminders about how often is recomended to give/receive feedback so you're continously involved with the process.
I find valuable that each box contains thought-provoking questions to make it easier to find the proper words to express how you feel/how you find working with someone.
Another thing I like about it is that all feedback can be requested through the platform which makes easier to involve the whole team!

I think that the thing I dislike the most about the platform is the Actions tab, not because it is not useful but because it is unclear what it is about and I find it really similar to the Objectives tab.
