What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

The ease with which I can type responses into usefully locateed boxes. The ease with which I can edit typed material. The flexiblity of settinglonger term targets and shorter term tasks. What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

It is not always intuitive and it can be difficult to locate archived material or to reproduce (clone) targets over consecutive years. Archvied material is not always stored in a recognisable order. It is not simple to clone archived targets. The procedure for quarterly check-ins is not intuitive. Although, now that I know how to access data across the member of staff's perfomance, feedback, and targets within a review, it makes for a very rapid and complete assessment of performance - with a site for recording discussions around this. What problems is Performance & Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Perofrmance and Talent enables me to demonstrate the at times nebulous and hidden work of my staff to my superiors. It enables me to show how multiple tasks and targets are interrelated and therefore how the member of staff is fulfilling short, mid-term, and longer goals by adapting tasks and outputs across roles. What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

Helps me deliver a structured and actions orientated review process with my direct reports.

We can share notes and action updates and when there is a line management transfer there is a history that goes with employees.

I really like the features that enable anyone inside and outside the organisation to offer feedback. Praise and recognition is a great motivator Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

I would like to be able to add common performance objectives to me team and their teams as it is a little unwieldy adding in the objectives and when they are common in an organsiation or an organisational sub-group having potentially a 100 people add in the same thing when it could be cascaded down would be much more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

previously performance review was a variable activity dependant on the line manager who is running it. What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

Setting targets and the reminders to mark a completed. It's very user friendly for me and the team to view the same documents that have been uploaded during past coversations. This makes performance development and team switching easier as performance records can be easily switched to a new manager. It's great that I can upload everything that I need in one place instead of holding files and folder on a singular laptop, but also can format to print from the locker too.

I also enjoy how I can see feedback left by other employees for other employees. It's nice to see colleagues showing eachother some love! as this is rolled out across the business, I have been able to search for colleagues that I don't work with directly, nor have had any face to face coverstions with and leave them feedback when they have helped me or when I received great feedback from my friends and family on a flight they have taken, I can leave the crew that excellent feedback on the locker. This is an inspired idea and is lovely thing to be able to do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

I would like to see the 121 in the objective page rather than conversations page as it's during these meetings that targets are set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clear and consice targets, meaning agents are held accountable and can self refer at any time.

What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

This resource is easy to navigate and makes it easy to see everything relating to performance in 1 place. The ability to add, request and review feedback to / from all team member is a great assett- and the ability to return to previous check ins / comments for review / update is really useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be good to be able to add new objectives and feedback in a pop up window so previous content, feedback and objectives can also be scanned and reviewed at the same time, rather than having everything on the single view main frame, otherwise- all good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

I like the fact that I can set valuable objectives for myself and encourage my team to do the same. Its a great system for givig and receiving feedback which supports us all to do better or keep doing the things we are doing well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be confusing having to host a meeting and not being able to have specific tasks / notes that align with the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

This platform has really helped me to centralise my performance reviews, it gives my team a place to track, in real time how they are performing month on month , since i have started to you use this sytem i feel like i have a more organised ady to day, which for me is invaluable. What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

I like that its easy and inntuitive to use, and it makes tracking my progress easy. It means that coming into a meeting with my manager I can back my progress up with examples I have put in throughout the quarter. Sometimes the Goals page can be a bit clunky, but this could be the way my organisation has it set up, rather than the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performance and Talent is keeping me on track for my personal development and helping me evidence the work and development I am doing. What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

Performance and Talent is a fantastic system. It’s a one stop shop for helping yourself and your team (if you manage one) to grow and develop personally and professionally. I love that I can support my team to set objectives and keep track of these. There are different meeting types you can schedule with your team members which is great such as wellbeing check ins and regular catchups.

I have to say, my favourite feature is the feedback section where I can give and receive feedback from colleagues. This really helps me, and my team gain more motivation.

Id 100% recommend this platform to any business who is thinking about introducing a performance management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

I believe it would be useful to have a dedicated space for keeping notes in relation to specific meetings and dates aligned to that meeting. A shared notes section visible to managers and employees would be fab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system lets me log my own and my team’s objectives. This helps myself and my team stay focused and work towards achieving goals. My objectives feed down to my team’s objectives. Having clear objectives with tasks and deadlines helps me to prioritise my workload and what’s more important. What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

It is easy to navigate and link different team members. The admin reports I can run are useful. The opportunity for all staff to provide feedback to each other is great.

The emails sent to staff to remind them of weekly tasks is good. It has also been easy to set up from an admin perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

It would be useful for annual targets to be archived once they are reviewed as there can be a lot of information left on one page and this can be timely for staff to manually do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance & Talent?

I love that Performance and talent has an individual box for each type of feedback (positive feedback, things to improve, etc).

Almost every tab on the webpage is easy to understand and useful to have clarity about how performance reviews work.

I like that you have periodic reminders about how often is recomended to give/receive feedback so you're continously involved with the process.

I find valuable that each box contains thought-provoking questions to make it easier to find the proper words to express how you feel/how you find working with someone.

Another thing I like about it is that all feedback can be requested through the platform which makes easier to involve the whole team!

What do you dislike about Performance & Talent?

I think that the thing I dislike the most about the platform is the Actions tab, not because it is not useful but because it is unclear what it is about and I find it really similar to the Objectives tab.

Some people may find feedback difficult to give or to receive so this platform really simplifies the process is it gives you guidence and support through the whole process.
