I use Omeda to host images for the eblasts I create for my company. And Omeda makes it incredibly easy to host images. If i've already hosted a particular image Omeda makes it easy to search for that image so I dont have to upload it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use omeda to host images for my company's eblasts and sometimes when I upload the image when it upload it doesnt show me the url so then i need to go below to the search bar and search for it. Lack of consistency/continuity in customer service. I wish we had a team of resources familiar with our products who would consistently work on our issues. While the ticket system is a necessary evil, there are times I would like to pick up the phone to talk through a problem rather than figure out how to explain it in writing. I'm still not a fan of the overall Jira ticket system. Having an account rep who knows the ins and outs of our business was very useful; having to put in a Jira ticket for every problem we face is cumbersome due to the lack of specific historical knowledge of our brands.
