I use Omeda to host images for the eblasts I create for my company. And Omeda makes it incredibly easy to host images. If i've already hosted a particular image Omeda makes it easy to search for that image so I dont have to upload it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use omeda to host images for my company's eblasts and sometimes when I upload the image when it upload it doesnt show me the url so then i need to go below to the search bar and search for it. I like that Omeda will allow us to to send a PDF to print through their system, thus incorporating a Digital + Print offering which doesn't seem to be duplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is so clunky, expensive, and archaic that it begs the question: "Why are we paying this much and can something else do it better."

Lack of consistency/continuity in customer service. I wish we had a team of resources familiar with our products who would consistently work on our issues. While the ticket system is a necessary evil, there are times I would like to pick up the phone to talk through a problem rather than figure out how to explain it in writing. What I find more helpful when it comes to Omeda is having conferences and conversations like the ones here at OX5. I also find our CSM Andreja to be super helpful in moving our projects along the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With all the latest products and features that Omeda comes out with, it would be beneficial to have those explained to us by a CSM rather than a newsletter. I'm still not a fan of the overall Jira ticket system. Having an account rep who knows the ins and outs of our business was very useful; having to put in a Jira ticket for every problem we face is cumbersome due to the lack of specific historical knowledge of our brands.
