What do you like best about Oktopost?

I get errors every few days, but there is an easy workaround when it happens, so it's not too bad. Also, some filters seemed to have disappeared, but it may be something I am doing wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?
The account management is appalling, they record calls without consent (a GDPR issue I will be taking up with the ICO) then use it against you.
They don’t publish prices which can lead to them making it up when it comes to contract discussions.
They hear you but they don’t listen to you, the CEO defends its staff despite them being in the wrong, not customer centric at all.
