Okendo Reviews & Product Details

Okendo has been brilliant for us so far. The implementation team have been great in getting us setup and helping us display product reviews at key touchpoints across our site. We use our Loyalty Program in tandem with Okendo to incentivise reviews, however some users have found ways to cheat the system. Firstly, the platform itself is seamless, easy to set up, use, and upgrade as you grow. When comparing review platforms, Okendo came out on top in pricing, offerings and support. Okendo is such an affordable platform when compared to other options on the market. The functionality is in-depth whilst being super easy to use. Would highly recommend to any e-commerce business. I particularly love that we can aggregate reviews across bundles on the website and syndicate reviews across to Google shopping. Our account manager Norma has been nothing but lovely and helpful, always providing a lot of value. Sometimes with these platforms it can feel like your account manager is always trying to upsell you. I have never had this experience with Okendo ever. Love working with their team. Okendo's integrations continue to get better. I am excited to see how we can now start to integrate SMS in our review communication flows. This was not an option when I first signed the business onto Okendo. I would love to see the platform work on the ability to syndicate reviews across website (like with our retail partners) and assign product reviews across multiple different bundles too. Love the number of out-of-box integrations and the ease and brevity of the platform. There's a ton more automation than we've had in previous platforms and so many options for different data collection points. Okendo does a lot of things well. It's effortless for my customers to leave reviews, the attribute system is fantastic and really helps you convey what customers like about a product. They share the rating to Google and Meta/Facebook which will help my ad perform. The software is easy to use and offers tons more than any of the other review softwares. Prices increased by 20% in 2022, a huge increase for an already expensive app. The plans jump in price quite a bit for just a few extra features. With so many apps needed to run a store successfully, this is a frustrating cost increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how we can organize reviews by product variants and that customers can put in all of their measurements so customers can filter to find other customers who recently made purchases with the same body shape, size, height, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
