The features available in OfficeRnD makes it easy for an administrator to properly control its environment. It was important for me to be able to control different office spaces with different reservation policies which is not only available, but easy to use.
In terms of the user's perspective, the platform is simple, clean and easy to understand. The option to allow or block recurring bookings helps users better organize their weeks. The meeting rooms tab available to user is especially useful to see different availabilities of different meetings spaces at a glance.
I've also had a very easy process from the beginning of the acquisition all the way up to the onboarding process. The support was always available!

A feature I wish was available is a synchronization with Outlook's "Scheduling assistant". With a similar feature in OfficeRnd, organizing meetings based on user's availabilites would be a good way to centralize everything within OfficeRnD. Currently, we might still have users that will use Outlook to book meetings to make sure that everyone is available.
Another feature that can be really useful is the ability to somehow synchronize OfficeRnD's schedule to Outlook. To clarify, it will be useful if Outlook can know if the user is in office or remote based on their bookings. I have been using Office RnD for managing the amenity spaces at my properties. The platform has been great and has minimized tenants needing to go through me to make a reservation. Its easy for both myself and my tenants which is our ultimate goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Features:
The only limitation we encountered was not being able to access the room availability screens directly on Crestron panels via the unique public URLs once we enabled SSO.
Integration:
It would be better if they published branded Azure/Entra Enterprise Apps instead of requiring customers to create their own bespoke app registrations and enterprise apps. The configurations are simple enough, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When booking desks it does not clearly show a resourse if booked later on in the day. It would be good for this be shown either by changing the colour or adding a icon to show desk is booked later on in the day and not available all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loads of features that suit a range of business sizes. It looks great too. Profetional looking homepage that should encourage staff to use the software. Allows a business to keep staff up to date with announcements, events or important information all in one handy space. Customer support is great and onboarding with Ivan was a good experience. When trying to populate pages with your own information, such as How to Guides or other Custom Pages, there is very little in the way of customisation options. This makes our own content look and feel very different to the rest of OfficeRnD. It looks unprofessional. I would like to see options to really customize a page (think wordpress) by adding pictures, headings, and so on. I also think the colour of resources on our maps should be customisable. It looks confusing if desks are the same colour as meetings rooms, private offices, or other custom resources. They should all turn grey when unavailable of course, but this small change would be welcome, as visual people neurodivergent, can struggle with differenciating the resources. OfficeRnD's Hybrid gives you plenty of features, that are really useful for many different scenarios. It seems like it doesn't really matter if your company is big or small, there is always good solution for your need. Integration and implementation were really easy, and if you needed help, their tutorials were easy to follow. If that wasnt enough to answer your problem, their support was really fast and professional. At simplest, users are able to book a desk or meeting room in 2 clicks. And for admins, SSO and SCIM makes the world much easier! Our company targets to everyday usage for this application, as it provides much more than just desk-booking. It's really hard to find anything bad to say about OfficeRnD's Hybrid, but if you really need to say something negative, or rather "something to develope", it is tutorials. Sometimes they might be a bit outdated (Thanks to Microsoft changing the name and GUI of Azure/Entra). Even after this, their tutorials are pretty good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We haven't gone live yet, but the few users I have granted access to have all complimented how easy OfficeRnD is to use and how well it integrates into our existing software. We wanted something that people would engage with and be able to use without having to spend to much time learning a new system as this can be offputting, OfficeRnD has ticked all those boxes. The data analysis is going to be key in decision making regarding our offices and their usage and I know the exec team are looking forward to seeing the data.
There are plenty of features which help bring transparency and togetherness within our business - something we were lacking before.
The highlight for me so far though has been the implementation, I have onboarded a lot of new software over the years and this has been the most supportive and detailed onboarding I've experienced. Ivan has been fantastic in ensuring we are fully set up, answering any questions I had and has a genuine care for ensuring our set up was ready for launch. Ivan's knowledge of the product is excellent, and he took the time to cover every area to understand whether it was relevant for our business or not - he was also honest about whether something would work for us or not which I felt was great customer support! I haven't really used it enough to highlight any downsides and I'm pretty happy with everything so far - there are elements I wont need to use but its simple to remove them from our company profile and we always switch them on if we change our minds!
It would be good to have he ability to change the office layout within the web page as I had to purchase a licence to design our office layout but that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
