**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Working with the onboarding manager made the transition very smooth. The software’s ease of use is a big plus. The time saved through the workflow, and having all my floors and car parking in the same software, gives me more control and makes day-to-day management simpler. The ease of integration also helps with my onboarding and offboarding processes. Overall, the performance saves me time and energy. The feel the price reflects the quality of the product

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

At the moment, I don’t have any dislikes about the Skeeda software.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a facilities manager, having control over the onboarding and offboarding process saves me a lot of time. The fact that individuals can hot-desk at their required desks takes the pressure off me, especially since space is at a premium within this company.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

What I like best about Skedda is how intuitive it is for end users while still giving administrators strong control behind the scenes. Most people can use it with little to no training, which is critical when you’re rolling something out to a large, mixed-tech audience.

From an admin perspective, the flexibility stands out. You can model real-world space rules accurately, set guardrails without being heavy-handed, and adjust as needs evolve. It’s also very reliable. Once it’s configured, it just runs, which reduces support overhead and lets us focus on improving the workspace experience rather than maintaining the tool.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

If I had to point to a downside, it’s that the initial configuration requires some thoughtful planning. Skedda is very flexible, which is a strength, but that also means you need a clear understanding of your spaces, policies, and user groups up front to get the most out of it.

That said, this is less a flaw in the product and more a reality of implementing any system that’s designed to mirror real-world complexity. Once that groundwork is done, ongoing management is minimal.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skedda solves the problem of coordinating shared space in a hybrid work environment without relying on manual processes. Before Skedda, desk availability was unclear, people were double-booking spaces, and administrators were spending time mediating conflicts or maintaining spreadsheets and email lists.

The benefit is clarity and fairness. Staff can see availability in real time, plan their in-office days with confidence, and trust that a reserved space will be there when they arrive. For administrators, it reduces friction, support requests, and subjective decision-making. It gives us a single source of truth for space usage, which has improved both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

I like the way Skedda looks. I found it very intuitive compared to other systems I've tried. I particularly like the floor plan view where you can see at any given time the available resources highlighted in green, which seems to be the view most people are using. It's worked really well for us. Setting it up was really easy; I managed to practically set it up by myself even before we had the onboarding call. I also appreciate that our users find it easy and intuitive to use. Additionally, my interactions with the onboarding team and account manager were really friendly and helpful, just making everything easy.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

Nothing that I can find. I wish that we were able to use your visitor management system. Unfortunately, our office building already uses a different one.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skedda makes hotdesk bookings easy and intuitive, saving us time and improving resource utilization. It eliminates back and forth emails by showing space availability and tailor-made schedules, helping us avoid sharing confidential information.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Working in public service means our agency relies on tools that are intuitive, dependable, and grounded in the realities of day-to-day operations. Skedda has been exactly that. Although I work in a technical industry, I’m not deeply technical, and I appreciated how naturally the system aligned with the way I think and organize my work. Navigating the platform has been straightforward, and it’s clear that thoughtful design went into making common workflows simple and logical.

What stood out even more than the platform itself was the team I worked with. Every person I interacted with was consistently kind, engaged, and genuinely enjoyable to collaborate with. Their willingness to help never felt transactional—they brought great energy to each conversation and made the process far smoother than I expected.

I also valued how responsive the team was. Whether turning around an update, responding to a question, or fitting in a last-minute meeting, their speed made a tangible difference for me. That level of attentiveness is something I don’t take for granted, especially in environments where timelines can shift quickly.

Another strength has been Skedda’s openness to feedback. I’ve offered ideas and requests along the way, and the team has always been receptive, thoughtful, and encouraging. It’s clear they care about improving the product in ways that support real-world users.

Finally, the supporting materials—personalized how-to videos for our specific space, helpful documentation, and even the general communications they send out—have been genuinely useful. I’ve found real value in the learning opportunities they provide and am looking forward to attending classes that will help me deepen my understanding of the platform over time.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Skedda is solving two major challenges in our workplace. First, it gives staff more autonomy in how they manage their day. People can move to a quieter spot if their area gets too loud, book space to sit with a project team, or even switch campuses when needed. That flexibility has reduced friction and helped everyone feel more in control of how and where they work.

Second, we simply have more staff than we have physical space. Skedda helps us rotate people through the office in a way that’s fair and efficient. Instead of the same group being in the office every day while others remain remote, we’re able to ensure that everyone gets meaningful in-office time. It’s helped us make better use of limited space while supporting a more equitable in-person work cadence.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Some of the things we like the most about Skedda is the modern interface, the possibility to show a map view of our facilities (highly appreciated by both staff and users), and the fantastic customer service! It's literally the best customer service I've ever experienced—if I've had any questions about setup or features available in Skedda, our onboarding manager Patrick has answered my emails within minutes, many times even recording helpful video clips to show something!

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

I would say we are definitely mostly happy with the product, but of course there are always small things that could be improved. From a UX perspective, we would love for certain aspects of the booking availability (like when bookings are not allowed more than 14 days in advance) to be disabled upfront instead of showing an error message after the user tries to book something that is not allowed—but the Skedda team is also very responsive to feedback and ideas, and passes feature requests on for future consideration, so hopefully things like this will be fixed in the future👍

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skedda is allowing us to manage our users so they have access to the correct resources and can book everything online. We are running a big maker space in a University setting, and previously each lab manager had their own booking system. Skedda unifies the user experience by collecting everything in one place, with an easy-to-use map interface that helps users get an overview of what's available on-site. As mentioned before, this is a highly apprecieted feature🙂

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

I find Skedda to be particularly beneficial due to its clean view, which enhances usability and aesthetics. The software is easy to use, making it accessible even for those who are not tech-savvy, streamlining the scheduling and booking processes. I also appreciate the drag-and-drop feature for editing schedules, which adds flexibility and efficiency to the management of bookings. The initial setup of Skedda was fairly easy, which helped in quickly integrating it into our workflow without much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

I dislike how updates for Skedda do not always push out in a clean and organized manner. Additionally, when edits are made, the emails lack clarity, and when group edits occur, they are distributed one by one rather than collectively. The billing and maps features also have room for improvement, though specific details on these aspects were not provided.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Skedda for rentals and scheduling, improving our workflow with its clean view and easy-to-use drag-and-drop feature.

The ease of use. The ability to focus on space usage and to have it displayed on the screen in many different ways depending on your needs in the moment.

It's a bit on the expensive side. But maybe you have to pay for what you get!

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 30 therapy rooms in 4 different locations. Practitioners needed to be able to reserve repeat bookings as well as to simply remove a single occurrence when needed without ruining the entire regular reservation. This allowed for simple, real-time knowledge of what offices were available and what weren't. We also needed a mobile-friendly, clutter-free interface, which Skedda provides.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Skedda has an easy-to-use interface with robust features. Our implementation was very well supported, and they gave several presentations to my staff showing them how to use the product. We were even able to import data from our previous antiquated room management software! We have been using Skedda for a few years now, and can attest that it's very stable, still extremely easy to use, and flexible - we have recently integrated it with our Dakboard displays utilizing the iCal feed Skedda provides.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

We had only a few suggestions for improvement, which were well received by the Skedda team!

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skedda allows us to easily book our conference rooms, and allows our whole organization to easily log in without the need to create accounts via Single Sign On (SSO). We have also integrated it with our digital signage solution to automatically display room reservations.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Without a doubt, the customer service provided by the Skedda team has been excellent.   From the intial conversations with the Account Manager, Emmalia Brock when we were first considering implementing Skedda right through to the onboarding process it has been seamless.  Monash is a large organisation and it is not always each to integrate new systems, but even that process was very straightforward and efficient.  We have the most amazing onboarding manager, Sam Smith, who has and continues to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the platform and has been super responsive to all of our queries.   The platform itself is intuitive and very easy to use, both at the administrator level and for the user.  We could not have been happier with how the whole process has evolved.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

Nothing to dislike.  We have mentioned a couple of improvements that the team may wish to consider into the future, but other than that it has been excellent.

It's simple - we had run out of space and needed a more flexible system that would allow the ability to hot desk.

He has gone above and beyond to answer every question (and there were many!), always responding quickly, thoroughly, and with a positive attitude. His deep knowledge of the platform, paired with his personable and passionate approach, made the entire experience feel seamless and supportive.

Even after we officially signed on with Skedda, Gem continued to exceed expectations. Ease of access to view the floor plans and the link with Teams.   The ability to configure the system to have the booker presented with options for room configuration & hospitality - which if booked, automatically issues a notification to Facilities and Catering teams.   Any issues found in the roll out stage were quickly addressed.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

Nothing I can think of.  When we worked with Skedda to develop our system they were able to design a solution that ticked all of of our boxes.

Admin's of the system have full control to relocate meetings to maximise use of the meeting facilities.

I like their support team. Anytime I have a question, they are quick to deliver a thorough answer, sometimes with a helpful video tailored to me and the specific question I asked. 

It has some handy features like two way sync with Microsoft, and it even can tell who is in the office without them having to open the app

- Cannot easily rearrange desks and reflect it on the office map

Nothing! It is easy to use, the implementation was straight forward, Sam Smith provided excellent customer service, and so far we have had no issues in using the platform.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have hybrid teams where employees work both in the office and remotely. This causes there to be some days where there are many desks empty. To maximize our spaces and give other staff in the organization who do not have a desk space a place to work for the day. Having a platform like Skedda is helpful so we can track what desks will be in use and when. Additionally, we use Skedda to book conference rooms.

What I like best about Skedda is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes scheduling and managing spaces effortless. On top of that, their customer service team is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to provide clear and helpful solutions.

Overall good experience, but I noticed the fonts and color shades are not consistent. A more uniform design would make it look much cleaner and more professional.

Skedda makes space management simple and organized. It saves me time, avoids scheduling conflicts, and allows everyone to book with ease. It’s also great that multiple people can use it at the same time, and the customization options make it extremely convenient

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

I have been using Skedda for around 12 months and as time goes by we have integrated Skedda more and more into our daily office planning. Started by trialling it in a single office but now we have mapped all offices, external buildings and vehicles. 
The customer support is top notch. You know who to go to and it is so easy to speak to someone for any support needs, updates or tutorials. Couldn't be better.
There have been a number of updates since we first signed up. These have only enhanced Skedda. Often change can be disruptive, but all the changes and updates have been very beneficial. This is probably a testament to how well they keep contact with their customers, supporting and hearing feedback.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

At the moment nothing, although as we role Skedda out wider across my workplace, we may encounter things we would like to change/adapt. But I am confident we will be well supported if this happens.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

We’ve been working with Skedda as part of a multi-site rollout, and while the platform is good, what really sets them apart is the quality of the support we are receiving. A special shout-out to Emmalia and Sam, who have both done everything to ensure our experience has been smooth, supportive, and collaborative from day one.They've been helpful and responsive throughout our onboarding, guiding us through the setup and always ready to assist. This level of service is exactly what we look for in a partner. Highly recommend Skedda.

We hit a bump during implementation due to timezone limitations and the way visitor tablets were licensed across venues. What could have been a major roadblock was turned into a positive, thanks to professionalism, good management decision and prompt and proactive communication and escalation.

Skedda is solving our space management challenges across multiple office locations and time zones, particularly for meeting rooms and visitor check-ins and giving our users and visitors a modern look and innovation.

Simple to use.  The Skedda information and onboarding team were amazing!   It was relatively easy to set up and any challenges were easy to fix with help our onboarding manager Sam.   We use it daily for a wide range of spaces through out the school, it's been well received.  We love the integration with Google calendar and the ease of use.

Nothing we have found as yet.  It's great!

Manages bookings for a range of spaces that are bookable by external bookings for our sporting and other facilities within the school.  Has been easily adopted internally also for a range of spaces that are not curriculum based bookings.

We've only recently started using Skedda, but so far the experience has been excellent. The onboarding process was smooth and straightforward, making it easy to get started right away. The platform itself is very user-friendly and intuitive. 

What really sets Skedda apart is their outstanding customer service. There are no long waits - you're quickly connected to a real person, and the support provided is consistently high quality. It’s clear the team behind Skedda cares about their users and is committed to helping them succeed.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

We've heard that Skedda is a wonderful platform, but we were also blown away by the customer support. From Day 1 we were treated with such warm welcome, a representative from Ireland got in touch and we were assigned an individual onboarding assitant. Turned out that in the midst of getting the Skedda platform ready for onboarding, our old system changed its rules overnight and left us in a position where more than 60 users weren't able to book meeting rooms anymore. Our wonderful onboarding assistant Justin Lee was online for me since early morning to address this emergency, he  answered all my questions and helped me with existing and future meeting room bookings imports, our email thread was more like a chat room - instant replies from Justin and detailed explanations with links on anything I might have a problem with - he made it so easy for me to implement in no time. I sincerely thank Justin for his dedication and can assure you that you are in good hands with Skedda!

Also, cannot wait to see the reports on room usage, we used to do it by hand on excel and now we'll be able to see everything at a glance with no extra work involved from our side.

We are looking forward to upgraded features on Skedda which already include visitor management. We were really happy with the option to have a quick call with Aoife O'Grady as soon as we expressed interest in this feature. She went through the different options available and recommended potential uses of each, cannot praise enough their customer service!

It is such an intuitive system that even our most tech-shy people have no problem using it, right from the get-go.
Setting up and implementing the system was so easy. We had everything done within a couple of hours and our first users were up an running. it gets used every day by a wide range of people.
Having the app is a great idea too. Most of our people use it in preference to their computer.
And I have to say that support has been instant, super friendly and always helpful.

I'd still very much like to be able to add a booking by double-clicking on a date in the month view.

We used to have a manual studio booking system (literally a paper sheet on a wall) which meant it fell to one or two staff members to oversee and manage bookings every day. We used to try to maintain three weeks of bookings all the time.
Alhtough only a small team, we deal with almost 100 volunteers who are the principal users of our facilities.
Changes were difficult to keep up with and also involved multiple lines of communication (phone, text, on-line messages etc). Mistakes and double-bookings were common.
Skedda has streamlined every aspect of the task and meant eveyr user can see availability instantly and secure the time they need without staff intervention.
As administrator, my principal task is introducing new users to the system (so easy) and overseeing everythignn from a fair-use perspective.
Couldn't be happier.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Responsiveness of the support team and the ease/speed of delivery of changes.  As we've introduced Skedda we've received feedback from each of the offices where we've rolled it out.  We've been frequently able to introduce changes within minutes or at worst within 24 hours helping to get buy in across the business.

Introducing Skedda was very straightforwards and we've found the product very intuitive to use with positive feedback received across the business.

Almost all of the required features exist within Skedda but it would be useful to set defaults or allow users to customise these.  For example whenever I open Skedda it starts with the first map from the list but I almost always want to book for the London office.  It would be good to set that as my starting office.

We don't have enough desks in a small number of our offices therefore we've been able to rollout Skedda to selective offices and allow our staff to have confidence they will have a working space for the day.

What I like best about Skedda is how simple and intuitive it is to use—for both our team and the people booking spaces. The visual calendar layout makes it easy to see availability at a glance, and the customization options allow us to set rules and preferences that fit our exact needs. Plus, having automated confirmations and reminders has saved us tons of time and reduced confusion. It really feels like Skedda was built with the user in mind!

Honestly, there’s not much to dislike, but if I had to choose something, I’d say that some of the more advanced features could be a bit easier to find or set up at first. It took a little time to understand all the settings and how they worked together. But once we got the hang of it, it’s been smooth sailing. A few more tooltips or quick setup guides would be a nice touch!

Skedda is solving our biggest problem: keeping track of who’s using which space and when—without the chaos. Managing bookings on the administrative side has also been seamless and empowering. The customer service across the board—from support staff to floor plan designers to our account representative—has consistently exceeded industry standards. Responses and solutions are prompt, eliminating long waits or uncertainty.

Moreover, they demonstrate genuine flexibility and consideration for our organization's evolving needs, never imposing rigid renewal terms. Their willingness to offer generous discounts to our non-profit organization has greatly eased budget constraints, enabling us to focus more on our mission rather than administrative burdens. Overall, the software and customer support have been exceptional in every aspect.

Overall, we've had a good experience with the booking process, though we've noticed an opportunity for improvement regarding overnight reservations. While overnight bookings aren't typically common for office spaces, we've encountered situations where having this flexibility would simplify our scheduling—particularly when reserving for an entire week. Currently, we have to reserve seven consecutive individual days rather than simply booking a continuous block (e.g., Monday to Sunday). Streamlining this would greatly enhance the booking experience.

Additionally, a more flexible pricing model that accommodates varied space requirements could add further value, even though we haven't encountered any significant issues in this area. Expanding to a global pricing structure across multiple locations would also be beneficial for teams like ours that operate internationally.

Our hybrid space, combining offices and temporary accommodations, has greatly streamlined our operations by providing convenient lodging for traveling employees, significantly reducing hotel expenses. Booking meeting rooms is straightforward and hassle-free. Additionally, the automation features are outstanding, automatically notifying administrators when accommodations are reserved, enabling efficient coordination with cleaning services, and providing clear instructions to employees on accessing and maintaining the spaces. The page refreshes really quickly so you are always looking at the most up to date information. It was really easy to sign up my entire workplace of 100+ staff. It is really easy to create rules to control all the bookings.

When setting up Skedda for this company, it seemed overwhelming - with three offices and over 100 employees. With Justin's superb help, this task became far easier than I could've imagined. He was always incredibly responsive to any questions I might have, and always there to jump on a call if necessary. The system itself is very easy to understand, as well as being comprehensive in its nature. Almost all our demands were answered with a 'yes' - and if they weren't, Justin assured me that it was something they were looking to improve in the future. I am excited to roll it out to the company, making their lives easier, and I have little doubts about people understanding it.

There is nothing - the only thing is that some non-essential features I asked about are not yet available. However, these are something that the company is looking to improve and include.

As a growing business, our offices are becoming busier and busier. Often people are desk-sharing with no structure, meaning that they cannot always guarantee that they have a desk. With Skedda, people can easily book themselves in, assuring that they have somewhere to work from. With repeat bookings, people are able to desk-share more easily, and can enjoy the regularity of using one desk, rather than constantly desk-hopping.

The implementation / onboarding team were also very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. The communication resources on Skedda's site were a great scaffold to help our staff get used to the new system.

The only downside we've come across is just the emails our staff received when transitioning room resources in Google. However, this wasn't a major issue for us.

More specific rules around who can book which space on a certain day would be good too, i.e. Skedda has strict guidelines which work for us, but more flexibility would be even better.

Skedda provides us with a platform to book desks flexibly, enabling hybrid working at our business. We were previously with a different provider, but switched to Skedda due to the more competitive pricing model and insights features.

The Customer support team is amazing, with response times being withing 5 minutes on the 24/7 chat. They also have a great onboarding team which made the transitions process easy.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

Easy to use and easy to adapt to the needs of the business. Suppport team are very helpful too. Visuals are easy for end users to folllow.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

I wuold like it to connect to our secuirty access system.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our staff to hybrid work. We now use our reduced space to collaborate and train new team memebers.

**What do you like best about Skedda?**

It's clear and easy to use — you can immediately see who has booked what.

**What do you dislike about Skedda?**

After a longer break from using the admin panel, I’m having quite a bit of trouble setting up the desks, their availability, and tags. It's not easy to find it.

**What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People don’t fight over desks, because everyone knows they need to make a booking.
