The App had got lot of user friendly options, lots of stats which can be downloaded real time.
Shruthi, Georgie and Pranay were really helpful in explaining the App and its funcitionality. Got good pre event support from the Team. Prompt actions were taken by the Team on requests. On event support was also very well managed.

There is nothing in disliking, its just that there is still lot of room for improvement. The user interface during registration, we wanted to customize the background for welcome note for the delegates, alongside font size and font style to be accomodative.
Secondly, need to start being more open to the QR code usage as this is the future, we wanted a QR code for each sessions to open up a QnA or Poll for respective sessions Attendee upon scanning.
I do understand turnaround time was less, but we think this will be the next step for being user friendly to the audience.

When we set out to choose a platform for our conference, we shortlisted three vendors. Nunify was the least-known of the three, but after the initial consultation with each, we knew Nunify was the right choice for us. Not only did they offer a solid product that met our key requirements, but they demonstrated that they cared about us and the success of our event and their pricing strategy was straightforward and easy to present to the team.
Our decision was the right one. As a volunteer-run organization, things tended to get done when there was time. That led to a lot of scope creep, last-minute changes, and long delays. Throughout all that, Nunify's support was phenomenal. They patiently pointed out modules we could take advantage of, tweaked functions to meet our needs, and even implemented an expanded registration feature that was invaluable. We generally received support in well under 24 hours. With all of our internal uncertainties, it was a relief to know we could count on Nunify.
We used Nunify for the event website, program development, sponsor promotion, registration and event mobile app. We were pleased to be able to present a professional-looking, branded platform to our delegates. From their standpoint, the experience was generally smooth. What pleasantly surprised us was how easily, quickly and prolifically the delegates engaged with the chat and social wall features during the conference. the Dashboard was kinda hard to use when the first time we used it, but after we learned how to use it, everything gets more intuitive and easier to use. Customization is nice, we can almost control everything and set everything on our side. though we need more sense in art and UI design, with the right person this thing could turn really well.
Our User didn't suffer from any confusion made by Nunify, and it seems like some feature which we dont publish such as scanning on another user QR and Event attend list was also having some attention from our users as well.

This is honestly the best app for finding what you need, you can make post, interact, get fun with games, leaderboards, and galleries. Which is a personalized option of menus of your choice. There's lots of inspiration, motivation and some wonderful pictures for your liking, like Instagram but very detail.
