What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink is a good endpoint monitoring tool that improves user experience visibility across devices.

I can gain insights into the devices and identify potential issues before they arise, allowing for timely resolution.

What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nexthink gives me visibility into user experience, allowing me to gain real-time insights into how users interact with their devices and applications. This helps me enhance the overall user experience. What do you like best about Nexthink?

Monitoring all applications on a system becomes effortless and it proves invaluable in predicting potential faults in the future. This tool also enables an in-depth analysis of employee productivity, offering unparalleled insights. Furthermore, the tool allows effortless integration of flows, campaigns, and actions, thanks to its REST API support. What do you dislike about Nexthink?

While there isn’t much to criticize, I find that NQL can be a bit challenging to learn initially, especially for those without prior scripting experience. However, once you gain familiarity with scripting, it becomes an excellent tool to work with. Given its extensive features and options, mastering the tool does require some time and effort. What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, we encountered latency or connectivity issues that severely affected employee productivity and required good amount of time to diagnose and resolve. However, with the implementation of this solution, we can now quickly identify the root cause of the issues and resolve them efficiently. Additionally, the workflows and collectors enable us to predict and prevent potential problems, ensuring we stay on track with our productivity without losing valuable time. What do you like best about Nexthink?

I like the simplicity of installation procedure. We can install nexthink agent just like that by few clicks. As we are working on Customer support, we can easily foundout the issue with the Asset by look after logs. And also we have integrated with servicenow also for faster resolution of incidents related to assets. Also i like the feature of remote actions and campaigns. What do you dislike about Nexthink?

There is no proper resources to learn the nexthink. Getting better in this area will significantly usefull for more users, So providing good self learning resources is much needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are working in Digitial workplace practice, understanding the issues with the assets and solving them is the most time taking task. So, we are using nexthink for collecting all the logs and metrics, whenever we found any issue with the any asset we simply run a remote action to solve the issue before the user reports it (Proactive resolution). What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink is a well-rounded tool that should be a staple for any field technician. The confidence in troubleshooting with Nexthink is a whole other level of maintenance.

There are many things that Nexthink does exceptionally well; one of them is the campaign and one-click remote action combo, where you can announce and get consent from end-users to remediate issues on their devices. This is a perk that many may overlook. While obtaining the users' approval and addressing an issue remotely that may have caused much more chaos is highly commendable on its own, it also reflects the amount of insight, digital experience, and influence the department is actually capable of.

IT and maintenance departments usually struggle with recognition on for their work, as doing a good job in these industries means that, in ensuring stability you tend to make fewer appearances and headlines. That is why a campaign displays the turbulence fix in such an innovative and effective manner, helping to showcase everyone's efforts in a simple and tailored pop-up. What do you like best about Nexthink?

I like Nexthink's focus on the user experience and the tools it provides to uncover things happening in the enviornment that may detract from that experience without relaying on the user to inform IT. Users are not IT monitors and Nexthink gets this. Finally the customer service is excellent. What do you dislike about Nexthink?

I wish Nexthink had better integration with MDMs like Intune. It would be great to utilize things already configured in Intune like platform scripts, app installs/uninstalls, and policies via nexthink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nexthink is helping us get to the problems we don't see in tickets and the ones we don't want to get that far. We also use Nexthink to track major projects such as Win11 upgrades, AVD, and device setups. Finally, Nexthink is helping us better tell the story of the enviornment to leaders. What do you like best about Nexthink?

With Nextthink, it was easy to deploy scripts and monitor deployment as well. Normally I'd face lots of issues with winrm when using a mid-server to deploy scripts on a remote machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

A few things about NQL is i am unable to see all stats i'd require. For example.. How many users in a city have logged into this machine. But instead, I can only see for a number of machines in different cities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nexthink solves issue where a user would normally need to take his machine to IT to get his fixed. But now fixes and updates are remotely done. So, I would be able to push any new application installation or updates easily to multiple machines without needing to physically do it. Nexthink is really helpful when it comes to improving Digital Employee Experience (DEX). Nexthink’s interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The real-time visibility and insights Nexthink offers make it easy to spot issues and trends. What do you like best about Nexthink?

The whole experience from the beginning of our journey to the present has been a wonderful. The level of support has been exceptional and the knowledge and willingess to help consultants have been really great.

The tool is very intuive and easier to use than other soltutions, it has great features and seems to be always improving each upgrade.

The imlemenation was a long road however due to the help of our dedicated consultant Abdul Hasnath it made the experience a really good one.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

We have created alerts for OST sizes, reboots and disc space. This has helped identify things that could improve the user experience.

What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink provides valueable insight into a large data set of PC related telemetry, use and web based application which when properly mined and used, offer the opportunity to create quick effective solutions to solve PC related issues, insights into user activities, resource scoping and consumption and compliance. It is integratable into numerous systems and offer lots of possibilities to creatively problem solve and provide enterprise insight. What do you dislike about Nexthink?

The length of data retention is still a slight limitation of the product. Currently it provides 30 days and it would be of extreme benefit to expand this to at least 60 days. This allows more scoping and investigational work to be done to figure out when issues started and how they were potentially solved through updates, patchings or automations available. Currently we have a vast array of self heal, on-demand, and API called automations that provide quick easy solutions to issues detected by nexthink, used by technicians to cut down time to resolve, and called through utterances through our chatbot. Additionally, we used Nexthink to monitor our environment for issues, help scope enterprise issues and guard the resources of our machines through constant agent monitor built into our change process and continouing state operations. What do you like best about Nexthink?

We have been on our journey goingon 1 year since this implimenation we have managed > 95K endpoints (Windows, Mac, VDI), targeting them with over 47 remote actions, 70 Applications with performance measurements, 22 software packages tracked via software metering, and 5 published campaign. we have already seen measurable reduction of helpdesk tickets.
