It gives the user the ability to move from one program to another, making it easier for the providers to edit their work. Instead of moving to a better GUI NextGen is not revamping its interface. It has been the same for a long time. It should move like a web-based interface with tabs and make it easy to manage. Improved cross-functionality with other modules will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NextGen allows for multiple customizations. We have customized templates which help our providers streamline their workflow. Our users state it is very simple to navigate. Definitely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
