I love the way netsuite is capable of many integrations. This facilitates our company to do business across multiple, platforms and regions. I also love some functions that are unique to Netsuite such as the search bar, report cusomizations and making copies of journal entries. These are only a few of my favorite things about Netsuite, but overall it has so much more to offer. Last thing I would mention is the many evens and seminars that Oracle offers for free to educate users about this wonderful product. Everyone should take advantage of this! There is nothing at the moment I dislike about NetSuite. I have been a user now for one year and still get to learn new things that are very useful for my role as an accounting manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We enjoy the ability to create our saved reports, it is a bit complicated so we are investing additional time to learn on a deeper level what to create in specific reports to obtain a deeper understanding of our financials/reconciliations.

The best part about NetSuite is the ease of use for new users across our organization. Being able to add new users and have them up and running within a few days is a huge time save for our business. The fact that there are constantly new updates and features to the software always make me feel like we are on the cutting edge of each new type of technology. One can boost warehouse efficiency: enables businesses to stremline order processing, from order entry to fullfilment -management of customer orders, sales orders, purchase orders, and returns - all at one place. One can automate financial processes which includes accounts payble,accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed assets. One can gain accurate inventory reports that allow making informed decisions about purchasing, order fullfilment and managment of inventory. Complex issues are not presented in a simple manner when using the help system, and finding the specific information quickly may be a frustrating process sometimes. Some advantages such as a broad and complex feature set of the suite, may turn into one disadvantage when trying to carry on some biz use case without a training. We use Netsuite to manage inventory and shipping and streamline our business. The users have said the integrations are vast and the software is easy to use. They can get orders, pick them, and ship all with just a couple of clicks. As an administrator it is very easy to find users, reset them, and perform other admin tasks. It seems like Manufacturing doesn't have a ton of documentation on it on SuiteAnswers, and it requires a great deal of investigation to figure out how all of the pieces are moving together. The Shipping integration is also something that, theoretically, woudl be great to have.However, it still doesn't support LTL shipments, which is the bulk of many consumers. The Order to Cash process. This process works well the managing business cash flow is much easier.

I like the customization of NetSuite and how adaptive the system is to our business needs. It is also highly regarded and used by many companies, which makes it easy to find resources to resolve any issues that you can encounter during usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do think that the user interface seems a little dated.

This software is excellent; it integrates all processes in a structured way. You cannot proceed to step 2 without completing step 1, which helps ensure that everything is done in order. Additionally, you can automate many tasks, and the interface is user-friendly. Most transactions can be customized to fit the needs of your organization. The implementation process was a complete disaster. We have been using this software for almost three years, and we are still fixing issues from the initial implementation. There have been constant changes within the organization, and we have had four different account managers. Support is difficult to understand, and they work in a different time zone, resulting in inconvenient calls at 7 or 8 PM. The renewal process was terrible; it took months to negotiate, and the pricing was high. The mobile app is not very user-friendly, and no one has clearly communicated all the features we can use with the software.
