Communication is good and consistent. Integration setup was easy and quick. If I have issues, the team is quick to respond. I requested a LOT of customization for how my search bar looked and behaved. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I needed a lot more customization than i thought i would need and it took a long time for me to get the product looking and behaving how i wanted.
The platform has kind of a lot to it and I find some aspects challenging. For example, my efforts to boost popular products and brands just bogged down the system and caused my collection pages to load slower so now i dont really take advantage of the boost feature. I find the new collections feature too cumbersome to use because tracking down shopify product id's is too time consuming.
The product recommendations feature will soon not meet my needs. I will be better off using product recommendations from my CDP because it will utilize both in store and online sales data to better inform the algorithm what the true best sellers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1 . There is no error-handling mechanism in place. When there is a small change, the entire API stops working and returns zero results.
2. After onboarding, a separate team handles support issues, and they are not familiar with the way we’ve implemented things. We had a hard time explaining the attributes that provide the respective values and why they aren’t processing correctly.
3. There are many features in Unbxd that could be utilized, but there is no proper documentation, which makes it difficult for the marketing team to publish new changes.
4. The support team takes a long time to address integration issues post-go-live.
5. The implementation engineer does not respond when issues arise, so we have to approach the support team each time and explain the cause of the issue, which is time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have a prompt customer service support team which looks into resolving errors as quickly as possible. They are also quick to identify solution implementations when your website infrastruture evolves. The base solution of the platform is powerful and largely sufficient, but I feel that more personalization of the backend platform for each client can be done to squeeze more value out for our user experience. It would be great if their customer success team can invest more time and effort to conceptualize strategies to integrate Unbxd more within the website's journey. The search on our website has genuinely improved since Unbxd was launched. The feature set included for recommendation modules and merchandising, has offered us a straightforward way to affect the search results for differing customer needs, which has positively impacted the organisation and our customers. Incredible implementation team that was with us every step of the way. Unlike other vendors, I never felt like they gave us a dev guide and said, "follow this and good luck." Since our platform is custom-baked, we did have to work through quite a few niggles and implementation took longer than expected. Admittedly, a lot of that wait was on our end. Duplicating campaigns is pretty simple. It works pretty good with our backend (Magento), which is technically out of date. They did what they could with an old system. Customer support was really nice. They helped quickly and if there was something I didn't understand, they helped me figure out how to use it. There were issues with syncing when it came to when we tried to launch sales. There were some features that were disabled, such as certain coding that used to work is no longer possible. Unbxd provide search services. It is easier to use. As they have provided there unbxd panel from which we can configure many things like filters which want to provide, we can look into attribute we pass to them, etc. They have good support team which address issues.
