The support team was knowledgeable and helped bridge the technical gaps during onboarding. For stores needing advanced search, curated merchandising, and deep customization—and who have developer resources—Unbxd offers a level of precision and control that few others can match. **What do you dislike about Netcore Unbxd?** The downside was the complexity: despite great support during onboarding, ongoing maintenance required developer expertise that was unsustainable for our small team. The platform was not tightly integrated with Shopify's ecosystem, making it feel a bit separate and harder to manage day-to-day. Some tasks that could ideally be self-service needed technical changes or workarounds. Integration setup was easy and quick. If I have issues, the team is quick to respond. I requested a LOT of customization for how my search bar looked and behaved. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. **What do you dislike about Netcore Unbxd?** I needed a lot more customization than i thought i would need and it took a long time for me to get the product looking and behaving how i wanted. The platform has kind of a lot to it and I find some aspects challenging. For example, my efforts to boost popular products and brands just bogged down the system and caused my collection pages to load slower so now i dont really take advantage of the boost feature. I find the new collections feature too cumbersome to use because tracking down shopify product id's is too time consuming. The product recommendations feature will soon not meet my needs. There is no error-handling mechanism in place. When there is a small change, the entire API stops working and returns zero results. 2. It works pretty good with our backend (Magento), which is technically out of date. They did what they could with an old system. Customer support was really nice. They helped quickly and if there was something I didn't understand, they helped me figure out how to use it. The weekly & monthly reports that are sent out are really great. **What do you dislike about Netcore Unbxd?** There were issues with syncing when it came to when we tried to launch sales. There were some features that were disabled, such as certain coding that used to work is no longer possible. This was a big deal as it made some of our landing pages less presentable.
