What do you like best about NationBuilder?

One of my favorite things about NationBuilder is how helpful the support personel are. They helped us build a beautiful new website for our membership organization that works seemlessly with our payment processor, people database, and communications system. As someone who has NEVER designed a website before, NationBuilder made it incredibly easy to implement our vision and enable us to grow as an organization with a contemporary website design full of useful features. What do you like best about NationBuilder?

The interface is easy to understand and view. The information is organized and easy to see in the supporter's profile. I like that I can access support and ask quesitons. I like that I can make suggestiongs for improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NationBuilder?

There is often a slow repsonse time to my support questions. There is often a very basic details given about the problem and that does not answer my question. There is no human to talk to to clearify issues. It seems like there could be improvements for Canadian users. The platform is USA focused. There are features that could be automated. There are many manual imputs that are very time consuming. It is very challenging to learn how to use the software. I wish there was more training. There are so many features to Nationbuilder that I don't know how to use or access. I am trying to teach myself how to use the software but it is a frustraing and slow process. What do you like best about NationBuilder?

Nationbuilder provides the tools for small teams to look like big teams, and big teams to look world class. All necessary features for digital engagement are included on one integrated platform.

With Nationbuilder you can quicly implement to build a website, raise money, keep in contact with your audience, and leverage digital strategies to grow your organization or win your campaign.

What do you dislike about NationBuilder?

As database size grows it can get expensive, especially for the enterprise and network features.

What do you like best about NationBuilder?

NationBuilder is the all in one tool that gives campaigns everything they need to run a large campaign. This is everything from tracking, mobilisation and compliance.

As with any tool NationBuilder needs to be learnt, it does mean some don't use it to its fulled potential which is a massive missed opportunites. Many say it is clunky, and while that is not true it can take time to get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NationBuilder?

I love how Nationbuilder puts everything in one place: CRM, email blasts tools, website, petition, the ability to track engagement and different level of access that you can customise for various types of users within your organisation. There are many features and elements on Nationbuilder that can be helpful for us as users. But it does take some time to learn how to use all the features. This is why it works best if you have someone within your organisation to work with a Nationbuilder coach. Some of those features can be clunky. What do you like best about NationBuilder?

I think it's UI is the most accessible and easy to learn of all the major CRMs (and I've used several). The software works as expected, and allows me to manipulate my data exactly how I want to - and the mapping feature is a nice addition that I wish I used more. I use it almost every day to track my contacts, manage donations, and generally keep me and my organization on track. And the few times I have run into a problem, the customer support team has always solved it to my complete satisfaction - and the account teams go above and beyond for their clients, too. What do you like best about NationBuilder?

As a new user I have been impressed with how intuitive many of the NationBuilder functions are, and the wealth of easy 'how-to' guides that are easily available when unsure. The 24/7 support team have been fantastic - helping us solve more complex problems and holding our hand as we have grown. No question we asked was stupid. No call we made was too late. No challenge we faced too big to manage. All on increadibly tight deadlines of course.

All the team are excited by the knowedge it provides to really get to know our supporters, their motivations and interests. It has helped us to target communications effectively and efficiently and is already showing quantifiable results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
