What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

What I like most about Napoleon is that it is very readable. It's very easy to navigate in this platform. It also has many useful functions such as creating reports, etc. Moderating and tagging messages is very easy. You can also easily change the projects you are working on. Simply put, the website layout is simple and user-friendly. It also has a clear division into archived messages, hidden messages, etc. Napoleon makes working with projects easier. What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

From time to time, Napoleon takes late tickets. I think this is something that can be improved. In addition, incorrect messages appear, e.g. that the message has been published but it has not happened. From time to time, Napoleon simply has delays and does not want to load and some errors appear. I believe that all these situations occur relatively rarely and do not disturb work that much, but it could be worth improving them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to the fact that comments on Napoleon are collected in one place from different platforms from one client, it is much better to preview and see what is happening on a given profile. You can easily manage the content of people who spam, you can see how many negative and positive comments there are. What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

The site consolidates a lot of things into one place with easy access to most features I need and more. NapoleonCat.com saves a lot of time and makes lots of things effortless. Doing the stuff manually without it, would be a real hassle. They are constantly adding new features and improvements. I use it everyday in my work. The customer support is also good, nice and fast. What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

As all things in life, it does have its drawbacks. There are sometimes some technical hiccups and slowdowns. They occur usually randomly and just for a couple of minutes. The integration with some sites is imperfect, but that might be the fault of their respective API's, and not something, that NapoleonCat can do anything about. What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

NapoleonCat.com is a very intuitive tool with a lot of useful features that are very helpful when I'm working with different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) on a daily basis. I can easily manage my tickets with categories (new, hidden, archived...) or features such as tagging, flagging or consulting tickets with my team. Their customer support also deserves mention - it's fast and reliable (and also very nice). I'm using NapoleonCat.com daily and I definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Great customer service at every level of using the tool - fast response times and responsiveness.

Intuitiveness and simplicity in day-to-day work and ease of implementation - with great chat support and a wide base of instructions and guidance in the tool, it takes less time to implement to work on NC than with other tools. Integration with social media profiles is just a few short steps. In my team, NapoleonCat is the most frequently used tool, as the basis for the whole process.
