What I like most about Napoleon is that it is very readable. It's very easy to navigate in this platform. It also has many useful functions such as creating reports, etc. Moderating and tagging messages is very easy. You can also easily change the projects you are working on. Simply put, the website layout is simple and user-friendly. It also has a clear division into archived messages, hidden messages, etc. Napoleon makes working with projects easier. From time to time, Napoleon takes late tickets. I think this is something that can be improved. In addition, incorrect messages appear, e.g. that the message has been published but it has not happened. From time to time, Napoleon simply has delays and does not want to load and some errors appear. I believe that all these situations occur relatively rarely and do not disturb work that much, but it could be worth improving them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The site consolidates a lot of things into one place with easy access to most features I need and more. NapoleonCat.com saves a lot of time and makes lots of things effortless. Doing the stuff manually without it, would be a real hassle. They are constantly adding new features and improvements. I use it everyday in my work. The customer support is also good, nice and fast. As all things in life, it does have its drawbacks. There are sometimes some technical hiccups and slowdowns. They occur usually randomly and just for a couple of minutes. The integration with some sites is imperfect, but that might be the fault of their respective API's, and not something, that NapoleonCat can do anything about. NapoleonCat.com is a very intuitive tool with a lot of useful features that are very helpful when I'm working with different social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) on a daily basis. I can easily manage my tickets with categories (new, hidden, archived...) or features such as tagging, flagging or consulting tickets with my team. Their customer support also deserves mention - it's fast and reliable (and also very nice). I'm using NapoleonCat.com daily and I definitely recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it logs me out suddenly, but it does not happen more than maybe one-twice a month so it's not really a problem, more of a tiny inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great customer service at every level of using the tool - fast response times and responsiveness.
Intuitiveness and simplicity in day-to-day work and ease of implementation - with great chat support and a wide base of instructions and guidance in the tool, it takes less time to implement to work on NC than with other tools. Integration with social media profiles is just a few short steps. In my team, NapoleonCat is the most frequently used tool, as the basis for the whole process. I appreciate the open approach to developing new and custom features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is not directly about NapoleonCat, but it is related. The most important issue relates to API changes on social media platforms. Changes on the social media side affect the stability of the use of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the great and helpful support offered by NapoleonCat.com. It's essential for my work as senior moderator to have reliable assistance when needed. Their support team makes my tasks smoother and more efficient, which aligns with my main goal of making my work faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I find NapoleonCat.com to be a valuable tool for my work, I have noticed that it can be a bit laggy on occasion, although these instances are rare. This minor issue doesn't significantly impact my overall experience with the platform, but it's something worth noting. Despite this, the benefits of using the platform for my tasks outweigh this occasional lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is very intuitive, with a low entry threshold for the user. The available features are well-thought-out and essential for those managing social media. I especially appreciate the reporting module, which has significantly sped up the process of creating summaries. The customer support is also worth mentioning, as they always strive to find the best solution for any issue that arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
n our daily work, a challenge we face is moderating sponsored posts, which are promoted by a competing agency. I hope that over time, the Meta'a API will allow us to streamline this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NapoleonCat.com has been a game-changer for my social media management tasks. I particularly appreciate its ability to consolidate multiple social media profiles into a single platform, making my workflow seamless. Additionally, it facilitates team collaboration, ensuring that everyone is on the same page when it comes to social media strategies. The analytics feature offers valuable insights, helping me gauge our performance across various platforms. With its moderation and automation tools, I've saved countless hours that would otherwise be spent on manual tasks. Beyond its functionalities, NapoleonCat.com stands out from its competitors due to its competitive pricing and impeccable customer support. Furthermore, its user-friendly interface ensures a smooth experience even for those new to the realm of social media management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While NapoleonCat.com offers a plethora of features, I have observed occasional lags in its performance. The user interface, though mostly intuitive, has a few aspects that I'm not entirely fond of. I also noticed that there's a lack of integration with Twitter, which can be a setback for those who heavily rely on that platform. Additionally, some features seem to be hidden or not immediately apparent, requiring a bit of exploration to locate. Overall its a great software with plenty of potential.
