The RMM is very useful in the typical ways, however it shines in custom scripts and checks. Customer service has always been quick and helpful! I found the implementation and deployment method to be good but you will likely need to host your agent installer file yourself they did not offer me a easily accessible link. Some features seemed dated, I had a few difficulties with the interface but nothing specifically notible. I hoped for some better linux support but their remote access software would not run for me on Fedora, but that could've been partially my error. 3rd party integration was a bit clunky and took some getting used to. The remote viewer would crash at times even on windows, and sometimes I experieced background shells desyncing from the remote access requiring me to restart the shell.
