What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

We're a small sized MSP and are using N-Sight every morning to check up on our customers. We like the option to "Take Control" to manage machines directly and are starting to use scripts and automations to get a few more informations and make our life easier.

What do you dislike about N-able N-Sight RMM?

What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

The N-Sight RMM is full featured, and integrates with their Cove backup and EDR offering well. It allows for a lot of customisations and works seamlessly with MSP Manager, their IT Helpdesk platform. The customer support was also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-Sight RMM?

There is a learning curve to the platform, and some features do not work the way one would expect, and the documentation of some functions can be lacking in detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

The modularity of the services I can offer to my client. Being able to add and remove products as required is a huge upside. Not only that, but it's easy to implement on new client systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-Sight RMM?

While it might not be possible, tighter integration with Sentinel One would be really nice to have. Having to go to an external site to manage it is a little out of the way for my liking, but I understand it from an integration perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is N-able N-Sight RMM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizations I manage now have one antivirus solution for everything they use and I'm no longer paying exorbitant prices for remote access software from other companies. What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

The user interface is quite friendly and easy to navigate, but the inclusion of endpoint protection is where it actually wins my heart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not particularly easy to configure, and remote connections can be a hassle sometimes. Pricing could also be improved upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automatic patch management is one major problem I was looking to solve with this product and it has not disappointed. Also, the integration of SentinelOne as an EDR has been of huge benefit to my threat detection and response needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

Everything I need is in one window, north pane shows me a list of device and south pane shows me details of the checks and monitoring.

No need for filters as I can select between the different device classes easily right at the top of the north pane Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-Sight RMM?

PSA integration is limited to the built in MSP Manager and I could not find a way to integrate our current PSA solution into N-Sight RMM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One solution to monitor, manage and remote control our client's devices.

What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

N-Sight is a very reliable and easy to use RMM software, I've found that being able to remote onto users machine in the background without them need to interactive has been a very useful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-Sight RMM?

I dislike that sometimes it doesn't sync properly with the machine I'm trying to connect to, sometimes it shows the machine as being offline but I can still remote through to it.

And other times it shows as being online when the machine is turned off.

What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

Powerful and easy to use features, such as remote powershell and command line, allowing us to interact with client devices in a powerful way. Other features such as seeing the file system, applications, processes, makes diagnosing and supporting client devices so much easier without having to bother them by actually remoting onto their devices. The take control feature can sometimes be temperamental, it sometimes says server offline when it isn't and sometimes just times out and buffers without letting us connect, leaving us to use the standalone version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides access and insights/control into client devices which is important since this role is for IT support, having this deep level of control to client devices allows us to administer effective support. This is especially important since this is remote support without much physical access to devices so a robust solution is important to our business function. What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

Not much any more, it used to be great because it was preconfigured and easy, however competitors have overtaken much of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-Sight RMM?

The company and their blatant failure to invest or develop any of our subscription revenue into this product, however they keep hiking prices, taking features out. We have been putting up with crippled PSA integration, SNMP monitoring not working, over charging from the original contracted fees, etc, etc.

The management staff do not take any initiative to make the situation better and expect you to spend hours and hours of your time proving all over again that things are not working when there are countless tickets in the system proving this already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Monitoring basic windows endpoints and providing feedback about their status. However this is like comparing city by city and their ability to deliver water to people. Its standard, its expected, its everywhere and its no longer a stand out feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about N-able N-Sight RMM?

N-Sight is great, able to manage endpoints, both from the backend and front end, really great UI able to see what is connected, how to manage them, such as Patch management and more. I really love N-Sight over other remote management service available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
