Difficile dire cosa non piace. In termini di Solution c'è tanta roba su cui lavorare e probabilmente mai utilizzabile per la piccola e medio-piccola Clientela. tecnicamente ineccepibile per il controllo totale sulla grande Clientela . The product is easy to use and easy to implement. I use it daily every morning. I've become proficient with monitoring templates and automation which has greatly improved my onboarding and operational efficiency. Customer support is often very helpful and this quite a bit of documentation, recordings, office hours, and boot camps. No company I know does more to educate their partners. I really am looking for someone to help me figure out what I am doing in the back office. Is there something I should be doing everyday? I want this to be basically set up and hands off for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before I used the dashboard, I watched at least 20 short videos in their Youtube account to familiarize with the dashboard. These short videos are only around 1-2 minutes. After that, It was smooth logging in and adding my devices. The dashboard is pretty straightforward and just looking at it, I know what to click and do so it didn't take long for the implementation to complete and add my devices to appear in the dashboard. Running the default checks is automatic right after adding a device which I really like. There's an option to add more checks but I think the default ones are already good enough.
One thing I also like is the Script Manager. I don't know how to script but Script Manager I can just go into the pre-made cookbooks, download them and start running as an Automated task on my device. I haven't done it but they also have integrations with PSA, Backup and Recovery, as well as Password manager and more.
The N-Able Me portal is also a helpful tool for documentation and support. It's good to have a single console to do both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the short waiting time to install the agent but it's really good to have like a loading bar to know where you are in the installation. I haven't had any unsuccessful installation but I don't know what will happen if there is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the past few years, some of the integrated features have been migrated off to separate dashboards and while the customers were told tht fuller integration is planned some of this has still not been competed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that reporting, creating reports on your agents, and services is user friendly. Take Control is one of the best remote KVM options that is probably most competitive to Connectwise ScreenConnect. This platform seems to be the most feature parity to the platform I am most familiar with.

I wished that patch management worked more reliably. When bundling and using S1 EDR with N-able N-sight the agent filepaths for patch manager, File Cache Service, Advanced Monitor Agent were automatically added for the S1 console. Going back to fix were S1 has created possible issues with the agent services.
I wished we had the ability to shange or update the email messages with our public dns for the automated emails for user accounts, MFA resets, user account password resets and email alerts.
I think the N-able notification icon custom badging/branding should be free of charge.
Wish Take Control sessions worked with Linux servers, desktops and appliances, even a remote CLI take control for linux servers and devices would be good. N-Able N-Sight RMM has a great set of features that allow easily managing workstations. The remote tools allow for efficient and easy troubleshooting behind the scenes. The powerful automation system allows for unlimited automation options, freeing up technician time. Navigation can be confusing at times, with settings taking ore clicks to implement changes for a single workstation. The checks are sometimes incorrect on if a process is stopped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the ease of use. The automated tasks are very useful and I use them nearly daily. Everything works well and is reliable for the most part. It makes my job a lot easier than it would be without.

The only thing that comes to mind is issues with connectivity. Some days, for any given workstation, it will work perfectly fine one day and other days it won't connect to that work station at all.
Main issue is mainly with Macs using RMM. There is a common issue among all our clients where Macs will stop reporting all together. The only way I have found to fix this is to turn off N-Able Technologies in Login Items and then Re-enable after restarting. This is a big headache because it requires schedulling time, then remoting in and doing a simple fix. Not a big deal for 1 or 2 computers, but this has been an issue that has affected tens of computers at a time, which is quite cumbersome to schedule in between handling other tickets. With N-able were able to manage all of our clients from a single dash board, more RMM's offer and many offer additional features at a premium price that we just did not need at this stage. I feel overall you get a lot for the money. The interface is easy to use and the dashboard is clear.

We came to N-able from Goto Assist who we had been with since they first started. I had looked at Datto RMM which was very expensive and we did not need all of the features, My biggest disapointment is the remote access interface - compared to Goto which has a single screen holding multiple sessions, N-able creates multiple windows which are hard to keep track of - we can have 20+ sessions operating at the same time especially if we are working with 3rd parties.
The remote access is also not as reliable as goto assist - I will say it has improved massively over the 18 months we have used it but it still occassionally refuses to connect so for this reason we have continued to pay for Goto Assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
