What do you like best about MRI Property Management?

We view our relationship with MRI as a partnership. The level of customer service provided to us has been exceptional. We aren't necessarily an easy client either; we make sure our opinions are known, especially when enhancements could be made to make the product better. Our voice is alwasy heard and we feel valued.

MRI is our core software provider and we use it every day. When needed, MRI support is great. We have concierge level and feel that it is well worth the investment. Our sales team is top notch, responding quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MRI Property Management?

I feel the documentation associated with implementation is lacking. We ended up generating our own documents because very few were provided.

When integrating with software that does not have a partnership with MRI, the connection can be challenging. It takes a lot of work.

I do think the suite of products offered, could integrate more seamlessly; however, we make sure that those requests for enhancements are given to our sales team and many of them have already been addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MRI Property Management?

This software system is designed to meet each property's needs. It captures all the relevant, correct data for each property. It is easy to use and understand. The customer support center is reliable, friendly, and efficient.

The system can capture and store data for ease of reference. There are a lot of reports to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MRI Property Management?

Some features are based in the United States and I am from a different region, therefore some of the reports have to be customized to suit the needs of the clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MRI Property Management?

We use multiple MRI platforms across our large PM business and the ease of intergations and way the system uses makes our lives 10x easier.

What do you like best about MRI Property Management?

It is a Cloud based, user friendly software that is easy to use and navigate around with different options available on how to access data for a customer. It is easy to integrate with other software used by the company to give effective reporting that can be exported into different formats based on what is required. What do you dislike about MRI Property Management?

It is slightly complex for users who are new to it and tutorials are not very helpful. It takes an exisitng user to assist a new one before they can utilise the software on their own. It is also very rigid, for example giving reports for date ranges that cover more than a single accounting period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MRI Property Management?

We can complete all aspects of our property management using one system. It is easy for us to train our new staff with the help centre and training videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MRI Property Management?

It is more that we feel paying for added extras like maintenance plus, was a service that was promised within property tree. We would hate to see that feature be removed or become extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MRI Property Management?

There is continual improvement accross the board, with new features, modules and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementions, sometimes lacks follow-up, and there is a grand ammount of reports and changes, that inmidiatelly goes into the customization team with extra cost, when there are minor changes, that once you see the solution it should fall into the support team.
