I like the general running of the application. It is easy to find what you are looking for, particularly with the find menu items. If I am looking for anything in particular everything is also categorized making finding it smoother.
I like that is easy to raise any issues that we may have & that customer support get back to us in a timely manner so that our issues can be solved.

Sometimes I find MRI can be very slow for a period of time and this sometimes causes the site to crash if you try and do too much

Property Management X (PMX) is easy to integrate with other systems e.g. P2P and Data Warehousing. Our organisation uses PMX throughout the business day and the tool is reasonably easy to implement if you are an experienced consultant.
Users can occasionally be confused by the vernacular in the product which may lead to additional training and development but the tool has a handy feature to change some of these terms with configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jurisdictions outside the US don't have the same level of product development as US use cases do for Property Management X which means that features are sometimes missing.

We view our relationship with MRI as a partnership. The level of customer service provided to us has been exceptional. We aren't necessarily an easy client either; we make sure our opinions are known, especially when enhancements could be made to make the product better. Our voice is alwasy heard and we feel valued.
MRI is our core software provider and we use it every day. When needed, MRI support is great. We have concierge level and feel that it is well worth the investment. Our sales team is top notch, responding quickly and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel the documentation associated with implementation is lacking. We ended up generating our own documents because very few were provided.
When integrating with software that does not have a partnership with MRI, the connection can be challenging. It takes a lot of work.

This software system is designed to meet each property's needs. It captures all the relevant, correct data for each property. It is easy to use and understand. The customer support center is reliable, friendly, and efficient.

It is a Cloud based, user friendly software that is easy to use and navigate around with different options available on how to access data for a customer. It is easy to integrate with other software used by the company to give effective reporting that can be exported into different formats based on what is required. It is slightly complex for users who are new to it and tutorials are not very helpful. It takes an exisitng user to assist a new one before they can utilise the software on their own. Implementions, sometimes lacks follow-up, and there is a grand ammount of reports and changes, that inmidiatelly goes into the customization team with extra cost, when there are minor changes, that once you see the solution it should fall into the support team.
