MoveSpring is very user friendly, customer support is always helpful, and there is a wide variety of challenges. The Explore tab and the new monthly personal goal is the best addition to MoveSpring. The topics and articles offered in the Explore tab go hand in hand with the health topics we cover in our Healthy City, USA initiative so we're giving our users what they want to see. Since the update, it's been hard getting used to the main tabs on the left side of the screen. I'm so used to them up top. I also don't like that the 'Announcements' tab changed to 'Campaigns'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MoveSpring is very user friendly. The step challenge in particular provides friendly competition among co-workers and helps us get our mind off work. It incentizes us to get outside and get our steps in with awards at the end as well. MoveSpring provided an amazing envronment where we could demonstrate teamwork and comradery outside of the workplace. I really enjoyed wokring with Jaclyn Ricchio. She was always super responsive and sooooo friendly. She helped me so much throughout the set up process and made everything as seamless as possible for me and my team. The set up was easy and if I ran into any issue, Jaclyn responded super quick. She really cared about the success of the step challenge and wanted only the best outcomes. She set time aside from her day to get on calls with me to make sure everything was going well. My company has been using MoveSpring for a few years now and we love it. I didnt dislike anyting about MoveSpring. Very intutive and user-friendly. it had so many featurews that I loved. I cant think of anything that I disliked. Customer Support was always there when there was any sort of issue, big or small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nicely laid out app. Fairly user friendly for the users. Was easy to use if you device synched but if you didn't have a synching devise, like myself, it was kinda a pain to remember to add the steps but it wasn't difficult. Customer support was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost for access to the platform felt steep when you have to pay an additional cost to use said platform. Additionally, the way it was described for the Group Race feature it felt misleading. I had to completely customize every check point along the way when I thought it was already done. I spent an entire day doing that. Meanwhile we spent over a grand to utilize this platform. There are certain health apps that automatically convert all activity as steps (Gramin is one example), so there are some discrepancies between the mileage and steps of certain participants that also cycle, swim, or complete other activities. Some suggestions for improvement would be to have the ability to edit the conversion activities available for employees within the integration set up phase. Our team loves MoveSpring! We introduced it this year as our first ever wellness challenge platform, and it has gotten some great feedback! There are so many different types of challenges that you can set up, users can create their own challenges, and it connects to so many devices. We loved our MoveSpring experience. We do an annual Fitness Challenge. In the past it has been very manual and team's have lost interest. The the MoveSpring app it was easy to keep team's engaged and so easy for reporting purposes. The UI is fresh and engaging. MoveSpring was a simple, easy to use app for our fall event. Our group engaged with the challenge and really enjoyed it. With such an easy to use app solution for this challenge, having myself as the admin on the app, our fitness champion to help engage the group on activities, and our event host to highlight leaderboard and live prizes, it was a big win all around! There wasn't anything I disliked about MoveSpring. I mentioned to our account manager a couple of features that would be great...custom habit tracking enhancement and the ability to mobile preview as building modules. With the help of our representative, Sandra, our project was very easy to set-up and customize. We reviewed several options before we chose how to get the best experience for our global team, and the communications and reminders were clear and made it easy to encourage everyone to keep moving each day!

It would be helpful for users to see clearly 'how' steps were being counted (e.g. biking vs. walking was/was not allowed). We had a lot of questions on this. Last year's settings were different from this year, and the users weren't as inclined to read what was provided, or look for it, and caused some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
