Nicely laid out app. Fairly user friendly for the users. Was easy to use if you device synched but if you didn't have a synching devise, like myself, it was kinda a pain to remember to add the steps but it wasn't difficult. Customer support was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cost for access to the platform felt steep when you have to pay an additional cost to use said platform. Additionally, the way it was described for the Group Race feature it felt misleading. I had to completely customize every check point along the way when I thought it was already done. I spent an entire day doing that. Meanwhile we spent over a grand to utilize this platform.
