What I like most about Vantage Fit is how simple it makes tracking my workouts and daily activity. The challenges and reminders genuinely keep me motivated to stay consistent and not miss a day. I’m a big cardio person, and walking has really helped me stay fit.
I especially like the step tracker, along with features for tracking squats, water intake, and food calories and the app is very much user-friendly. All of that helps me stay on top of my routine and be more disciplined with my eating habits, too. They also offer meditation sessions that incorporate yoga, which has made a huge impact for me as I actually started practicing yoga after I began using Vantage Fit.
